十一假期来千岛湖选了诺富特酒店真的太明智！
体验感直接拉满。酒店位置很赞步行就能感受到湖边的清新空气，推开窗还能瞥见泳池的一抹蓝调疲惫感瞬间消散。
最想夸的是前台小姐姐蓝晶，办理入住时耐心又热情，详细介绍了酒店设施还贴心分享了附近的小众观景台，完全不像程式化服务，特别暖心。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒服一夜好眠到天亮。下次再来千岛湖，一定还选这里，真心推荐给计划来玩的朋友！

带父母来度假，订了这家的亲子房（一张1.8米大床+1.2米小床），整体体验真的超出预期！从走进酒店开始，就感受到环境乾净利落，而且每一位服务人员都面带微笑，特别是小熊态度超级亲切——不仅帮我们安排了能直接欣赏湖景的房间，还因为7楼需要转电梯，亲自陪我们走到门口，仔细介绍房间设施，连防滑拖鞋都贴心提醒，细节满分！
首先要夸夸床铺：两张床都超级好睡！软硬适中，爸妈一躺下就说「这床太舒服了」，连认床的妈妈都一夜好眠。房间视野开阔，早上拉开窗帘就是一片湖光山色，心情瞬间放松～但是有个小缺点是，洗浴室是开放设计的，和家人住会稍微有点尴尬??
第二让我特别惊喜的是他们的早餐，因为淡季入住客人不多，但是丝毫没有降低餐饮水平！
整体来说，无论是服务、卫生还是地理位置（在鱼街旁），都非常适合家庭出游。下次有机会一定会再来！大推～??

这次入住真的太惊喜了！酒店环境乾净整洁，房间布置温馨舒适，设施齐全且维护得很好，住起来特别舒心。重点要夸夸小熊管家，给省了房间，临时定了五间房服务超级贴心周到！从办理入住时的耐心引导，到入住期间有任何需求都能及时响应并高效解决，全程热情又专业，让我感受到了满满的诚意和温暖。性价比超高，下次来还会选择这里，推荐给大家！

Hotel is in a good location near the lake and docks for boat trips. It has a good sized pool but limited sun loungers. There’s a bit of building work going on around which disrupts the views and makes it noisy. We booked a lake view room but couldn’t see the lake because of the work going on. They did upgrade us to the executive suite which was very large. The problem was the AC was weak making the room warm and there’d been a water leak causing a stain on the ceiling. I’d not be happy if I paid for the room but the upgrade allowed us a great lake view. The breakfast is good if you like Chinese style food but not very western. Overall I’d stay again but choose a different room as the benefit is the location and the good sized pool.

It was a great experience, the location was ok, near the shore of the lake, on front of the lake there is a new construction going, seems it will be a shopping mall.

Booked two rooms for four people and one child. My husband was given the WeChat contact for a “butler” who would answer any of our questions and was always quick to help if we had any issues.
The first night I realized after washing my hair that conditioner wasn’t in the bathroom but after talking with the butler a knock came at the door and a small bottle of conditioner was provided.
Due to the heat we drank a lot of water and always we were given more than enough when we asked.
On the last day our son bumped his head against the tub and when we told the butler ice appeared very quickly to numb and ease the bruising.
Service is very good at the hotel and our son enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the large kids area.
The hotel is easy to find and you can call a didi to come to the front door. Parking is free if you have a car. Just outside is a place to rent bikes to ride along the lake or if taking a boat, it’s just a short trip down the road.
