Good budget hotel and quite good space but costly during the peek seasons on the holidays. ?
Although very helpful receptionist, and close to many restaurants to eat.

I have nothing to say bad things about the hotel! It’s really clean, the staff are all so friendly, the view was amazing, it was spacious, and overall perfect for the price. The location are also great too as there are multiple restaurants around.

2 nights for Chinese New Year holidays. Great view of the lake and islands. Lots of restaurants nearby. Ship pier 50 meters from the hotel. The room is big and clean. Parking for the car. I had a great time on holiday.
The view from the restaurant on the 17th floor is simply beautiful, the choice of food is varied and completely good. I can only recommend this hotel.

Just decided to spend an extended weekend and booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the view of the vast lake. 1215 was a huge room with basic amenities and an attractive balcony overlooking the huge lake. The hotel is conveniently located next to the busy square and has all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff provided an early checkin. Despite thier inability to speak English, they would go out of their way to help me. I want to specially mention Zheng who could speak English and was so helpful to help me order food and look for a spa. In fact she took the trouble of calling the spa and booking an appointment for me. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a weekend sojourn

It is a nice hotel good location near around so many restaurants and shopping mall. I have booked a river view room. you can as n see the.sunrise at the morning. The price is cheap as not a crowded season . Recommend this hotel for the location

Old hotel but have very nice view. We took shuttle bus CNY 15/person from High Speed Train station to hotel. Pls buy return ticket too.
As foreigner without a local telephone number, we had problem buying return ticket from WeChat & not able to get taxi. One of the receptionists were not willing to help us to book taxi. We felt so helpless :(
At the end she called an expensive private car (CNY180) 5 of us to go to train station.

When we first arrived the staff were very friendly and check in was quick.
When we got to our room, however, the door was open and the room was not cleaned. Cigarette butts in coffee cups, trash on the tables and floor and the bed had no duvet. The cleaner came quickly and we only had to wait half an hour until it was cleaned and ready.. Although it put me off drinking coffee in the morning.
Cleaning and breakfast staff get 5 stars but reception staff get 3/4 due to the fact they didn't seem to care about our room not being ready and the state that it was in.

🔔服务：贴心 前台接待比较热情。热水很稳定，有观景台，客房服务也贴心，有需要的东西马上送到房间里。总体还是比较满意的。现在淡季千岛湖人不多。这时候不冷不热的天气出来要最合适了！
