Staff very friendly and helpful , particularly the lady who helped us book our activities . She even booked our taxi for us when we couldn’t get one .
Breakfast was varied offering a good selection of local and western dishes .

1. Located 400m from the central lake pier. Convenient to take cruises.
2. Very good breakfast and excellent service
3. Clean and beautiful surroundings.
4. There are goats, rabbits for children to play with
5. Well furnished swimming pool, gymnasium, play area for kids

The rooms are big, the garden is huge, and the hotel is right by the lake with an amazing view. Breakfast could be a bit more Western, but since almost all the guests are locals, they probably didn’t think it was needed. There's a tiny cage with two or three peacocks near the entrance, and honestly, it’s really sad to see. The garden is so big — it’s hard to understand why they couldn’t give the animals a larger, better space.

This is by far the best value for money hotel in our trip - gigantic room with great view of YueGuang Dao (MoonLight island).

Nice place. Garden view 45m rooms have corner tubs. Can fit two people. ??Hotel arranged our boat night tour w/buffet. 160 rmb/person. Great deal! Great romantic getaway. ?? ??

The hotel is excellent, huge structure with beautiful architecture. My only complaint is about the outside swimming pool, it was deactivated and I didn’t see any information about it in the booking page. I was very disappointed with it, because I chose this hotel mainly for the outdoor swimming pool. I don’t like indoor swimming pool, this one was open. The breakfast is wonderful, the best I had in China. The room is confortable, the view to the garden is lovely.

Good location with big ground and well maintained gardens facing the lake. The hotel is next to the port for easy access to cruises. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended.

It was a very comfortable stay. There is a butler(room associate) helping us. there are a lot of facilities for you to utilise. It can be a bit out of the way, but if you take the bus there is K0004, K0007, K0011, K0015 which can bring you to 鱼街，千岛湖广场，two of the most happening areas. Breakfast has quite a good spread.
