  Amazing Hotel-cum-resort, a must stay with family and kids especially. Superb amenities and friendly/courteous staff. Ms Fiona was cherry on the top, just perfect in terms of hospitality and attentiveness. Kudos keep it up Team Sheraton :)

  It’s a good hotel, I only expected more from a 5 star hotel. You can tell that the hotel is a bit older. But our family enjoyed the stay

  Loved it so much… we just couldn’t leave! ?? From a stunning suite on the 16th floor with jaw-dropping lake views, to dreamy breakfasts, afternoon tea, and even a canoe ride — pure bliss! Special thanks to Manager Joanna Zhang for making our extra-day stay seamless and keeping us in the same upgraded room. Service like this = unforgettable! ??

  Hotel is located near to the qiandao lake center, however room housekeeping requests is rather slow (had to wait 15-20min for any requests). And rooms can be a little dark and dim at night. Liu Xiang the housekeeper was really nice and friendly though.

  Room is very spacious and very comfortable. It has a wonderful balcony facing the lake. Great place to chill in the evening watching the sun set

  Great view! Rich breakfast. The pressure of the shower was extraordinary. The room had a balcony, which was great in the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset and the silence of the lake.

  早餐很不错。虽然冠名绿城有三家，我都去看过，绿城喜来登就是真正的五星酒店，房间大，餐厅大，大堂大，过道大，装潢高级，虽有些年份，但还是很好。其他两家虽价格低，也性价比高，但就是一般公寓。喜来登性价比也很高。高铁下来有穿梭巴士到。
