    酒店的位置距北京野生动物园很近,一早打车十分钟就到;同样的价位在北京中心只能住逼仄的快捷酒店,在这里则是宽敞的亲子套房;酒店还有小童乐园,可以喂小动物,撸卡皮巴拉;去的时候记得带上泳衣,酒店的泳池宽大乾净,一早去动物园,下午回来就能到泳池放松。去野生动物园游玩的住这里非常合适。

    刚入住,发现床单上有血,联系酒店临时换了。正直五一,房间衞生欠缺,再加上本身酒店设施陈旧,希望改进并提升节假日衞生水准。

    这算是固安一带比较有档次的酒店了,福朋喜来登要説有多高档那谈不上,倒是作为喜来登旗下的大众酒店,倒也是基本符合标准,住一个酒店的,其实可能是到距离七公里的野生动物园的居多,酒店房间面积大,宽敞,宽敞到感觉到有些空,房间利用率不高,设施还算齐全,档次其实一般,床品稍微有点不好用。早饭勉强过关,值得一提的是酒店在後院还养了几只卡皮巴拉和小兔,小羊等小动物,小孩子们都喜欢。

    非常满意的体验哈,准备周天去北野玩,就想着周六到附近住一晚顺便遛遛固安,定的是酒店+门票的套餐,价格很划算,去了以後告知给我们升级了套房????房间很大很乾净,服务也很满意,安排了靠边很安静的房间,周边就是商业街吃饭很方便,绿化很好,对面还有一个公园可以饭後散步,第二天去北野也就十来分钟路程,唯一美中不足的是感觉早餐可以再提升优化下,总的来説是非常满意的居住体验,来固安或者北野非常推荐入住????????

    房子挺大,环境挺好,也挺乾净。 服务不行:停车难,门口不让停,就让停到地下车库,围着酒店转了两圈,进入地下是个死衚衕。谁曾想,是离酒店挺远的一个地下,还要步行带着行李再返回酒店,**不**? 房间里没有指南没有手册,没有介绍没有相关讯息,最最奇葩,打客服电话,打了七八次没人接,住过的所有酒店,独一份。 明明本来订的豪华双人间,前台告诉我,给你免费升级到豪华双人间,拿出凭证一看不説话了,想要个高点的楼层,説全满了,只有这种房型的最底层。你真行,够狠!!!!

    房间衞生很差,一开窗户满屋子都是柳絮毛,酒店的管家部电话没人接。紧急电话也没人接。早餐我爱人带着孩子在前边,我付孩子的早餐费,结果服务员追着我先生要付费??。体验感极其不好

    We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely "Mid Autumn Festival", "National Day" and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The "Eatery Restaurant", plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the "Team", whom makes the establishment a success. The "New" pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge "unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton", whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former "Regional Retail Manager", with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in "Customer Relationship Management" and "Retail Management", I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True "Managers", lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with "Samuel" the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, whom is always "hands on" and working hard on the floor. Such "leadership" sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to "Lydia" the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to "Molly" from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the "Management Team", whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to "Housekeeping", for friendly and prompt service. The team at the "Swimming Pool", also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, "Marriott" should consider, having this Hotel's "sister" Hotel, "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about "Hospitality and Service", from this Hotel "Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang". As in my opinion, the "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management" is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The "Alpacas" are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, "Foreign, and Domestic". This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.
