环境：环境很满意，最近住的酒店里床品让我觉得最舒服的一家
服务：酒店工作人员态度都很棒很好??
不知道会不会再来淮安，有机会再过来的话还会选择铂尔曼

因为赶路想睡的舒服一点，选择了铂尔曼酒店，万万没想到短短的几个小时休息时间，体验感却超级差！！！
1、跟客服要求加一床被子，送来一床没有套被罩的被子，要求套被罩被告知没有了，而且客服送被子来的时候敲门声巨响，也许是因为我们要被子的时间太晚了吧，影响到客服人员休息了，所以怨气那麽大？
2、最不能容忍的就是房间里竟然放了一瓶打开过已经喝过的矿泉水，幸亏家人再喝之前询问过我们，这要是被有传染病的人喝过我们再喝了後果真是不堪设想。
3、看酒店显示2022年开业，但是洗手池，马桶，完全不像，污垢太多了，一看就是清洁不到位。
4、早上退房的时候，交完房卡，工作人员完全没有任何反应（头一天夜里已经跟客服人员沟通过，説第二天给我解释），可以看出他们并没有交接此事，对客人的反馈没有重视，有个不知道是什麽级别的人物，説要送我们一盒月饼，确满大堂找，都没有，真是好笑，我根本不在乎这盒月饼，就算给我我也不要，就是觉得他们的处理方式实在上不了枱麪，这就是五星级酒店的水准吗？那我们以後还不如住廉价酒店，因为没有期望就不会失望。

商务出差首选！地理位置绝佳，离办事的地方很近，节省不少时间。房间隔音效果好，办公、休息都不受打扰，书桌宽敞，灯光也适合处理工作。Wi-Fi速度快，文件传输很顺畅。早餐有现做的馄饨/麪，吃完精力充沛。服务专业高效，非常符合商务人士需求。

Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman.
The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb.
Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge.
It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!
