预订了两间房，其中一间是山顶别墅，来回需要摆渡车，但是房间的电话居然是个摆设没有电话线，手机联系前台，应该是五一期间，打几遍电话都无人接听，只能在路上半路拦车.早上的早餐时间段更夸张，去了那么多旅游城市只有这个早饭匆匆5分钟结束，异常混乱没有座位，服务阿姨带着手套收拾完残羹剩饭，就去拿乾净的筷子放在筷子篮子里??.

Very beautiful place, extremely beautiful environment, we loved our stay, everything was perfect except fot the food, the restaurant wasn't good, with a very limited menu.

环境非常满意，竹林蘑菇屋，私汤温泉体验感非常放松。工作人员都好亲切，有礼貌。早餐非常好吃，丰盛！度假好地方，对面就是皖西大裂谷，下次还会入住。也会推荐给朋友们！

很适合亲子游 房间设施有点陈旧 而且不够智能 但一切都不能掩盖它美啊 感觉完全不出门都已经够了 服务也挺好 接送去别墅的车可以説是随叫随到 项德平经理看我拿的东西多直接送我到了停车场 她帮我们办理退房真的很贴心 周末游下次还来

The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful.
Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

It was beautiful, clean and very friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the rooms very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay here and we will be back!
