必须给这家酒店点个大大的赞！前台小程服务很棒！房间里的设施很新，床垫睡起来特别舒服，枕头的软硬度也刚刚好，洗漱用品都是品牌的，用着很放心。早餐的种类也很丰富，中西式都有，味道也很不错，性价比超高！

We had a fantastic stay at the Novotel I. Shanghai. The staff were so accommodating and moved us to a higher floor to enjoy our stay even more. I recommend staying at Novotel if in Shanghai.

We really love everything about this hotel, the staff is attentive, Wix made sure to message and left fruits in the room and also prepared parting gifts for us. Fireplace at the hotel is beautiful and also the cleanliness is top quality, highly recommend for a great stay with the family!

Rooms are big and clean with modern facilities. Staffs are very nice and helpful in assisting guests. They helped me order delivery as I didn’t have a chinese number. I would highly recommend this hotel ??

房间很舒适，休息得很满意，然后交通也很便利 离地铁站走路5分钟都不到 临近圣诞节，大堂的圣诞氛围也很浓 一次不错的入住体验～
