In the first room I got stunk of cigarette smoke. The staff immediately changed it for me.
Walking distance (10 mins) to shaanxi History museum and tang dynasty city!

Staffs are very polite and friendly especially the security guard. When ww first arrived he came and help my wife to pull her big luggage and very friendly. The only one negative feedback even it is a smoke free hotel but some people still smoke in their room and sometimes we can smell cigarettes when we walked out from our room. Overall i love this hotel and i fully recommend.

The hotel has a nice ambience and a great location. You can really tell the difference from other hotels—the lobby smells amazing and welcoming.
The room has smart features that are easy to use, and I loved the robot delivery service for food. It was quick and fun. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay here. Hotel is clean/new/modern. Stayed in the Superior Double Bed Room With King Koil Mattress which was good size for 2 period. Bed was comfortable. Good room temperature. Good water pressure. However room/bath towel smelled like smoke/cigarettes on first night but OK/no smoking smelled following 4 days. Housekeeping kindly brought a dehumidifier (we didn’t ask for it). Plenty of bottled water offered…can pick up room temperature or warm bottles in the lobby (free). Free coffee in the lobby too. About 10min walk to the Giant Goose Pagoda and Grand Tang Mall walking street which was very clean and so pretty at night with the lights lit up along the tree lined walking paths. Subway stations are nearby - 10-15 min walk depending which station. Hotel staff were very friendly/helpful/kind. Thank you!

The toilet features a Japanese-style seat that stays warm, offering extra comfort. The room layout is designed for convenience, allowing easy circular movement, which adds to the overall experience. Additionally, the TV offers international sports channels, including Premier League matches, a rare feature in many hotels. Lastly, the staff's (Jiaxue) warm and genuine service made my stay truly enjoyable, standing out from the more mechanical approach often encountered elsewhere.

酒店地理位置很好，在酒店单独购买了早餐，早餐非常好吃，客房卫生干净，服务热情，有停车场非常方便，前台热情接待，保安大哥也很热情，每次出去都会礼貌问候，此次入住非常满意。

在携程网上预订了这家酒店，到酒店之后才发现也是华住旗下的，本来不含早餐的，酒店看到我是华住的会员，还赠送了我一份早餐去体验，为前台的服务点赞，客房卫生打扫的干净，洗衣房健身房也有，很方便。

这次旅行因这家酒店而增添了许多美好的回忆。从预订到入住，他们的服务让我非常暖心
首先，酒店的地理位置简直无可挑剔。紧邻大雁塔和大唐不夜城，前台服务人员态度热情、专业，办理入住手续非常迅速，还为我提供了周边景点的游览建议，贴心至极
房间宽敞明亮，装修简约而不失高雅。床铺非常舒适，让人一夜好眠。特别值得一提的是，房间的隔音效果非常好，即使在热闹的景区附近，也能享受到宁静的私人空间。此外，房间内还配备加湿器，非常暖心，机器人送物也很方便，酒店的早餐丰富多样，充满了地方特色，有肉夹馍，凉皮，胡辣汤等等，非常好吃；酒店还有免费的健身房、洗衣房，非常方便
这家酒店无论是在地理位置、服务质量、房间设施还是餐饮方面，都非常出色。这次入住体验让我对美居品牌有了更深的好感，也让我对西安这座古城有了更多的留恋。如果再有机会来西安，我一定会再次选择这家酒店。
