位于城墙旁晚上城墙挺漂亮的，位置还可以。虽然电梯维修，但备用电梯通道及时开放和告知，服务贴心。房间智能化一体，早餐口味多，吃得惯，环境也不错。
整体体验：便捷舒适，最后卡一丢就退房了

房间设施新，入住体验佳，特别是客房服务人员以及欢朋餐厅的工作人员的服务，态度好，很热情，提供指甲剪，小童牙刷。酒店前台工作人员礼貌接待，微笑服务。房间提供入住水果，外卖也可以由机器人送到房间，给客人一种方便舒适的体验。一定会再次入住！

酒店地理位置很不错，出行非常方便。有最齐全的住宿配置，最高档的洗衣和烘干机器，房间的灯光，窗帘，电视，空调都能通过小度平板语音控制。酒店的早餐也很棒，人不多，食物种类丰富。酒店工作人员都很热情，值得强力推荐。

这次出差入住希尔顿欢朋酒店还是非常惊喜的，酒店很新，房间虽然不是很大，但是还做了里外间，里面单独一个小房间可以办公。大床应该是1.5m宽的，一个人住很舒服。入住还送了一个小果盘，西安的水果是真好吃。早餐自助比较简单，但是该有的也都有，房间400多，出差的不二选择。唯一不喜欢的就是办理离店时服务员让点评，还要把点评截图给她看，真的是有点搞笑了。

I am very impressed with the exceptional service provided by Aira at the front desk. Due to a last-minute decision to arrive in Xi'an a day earlier, we had to make four bookings for two rooms for a total of five nights. Aira kindly made special arrangements to ensure that we would not have to change rooms during our stay, which was greatly appreciated.
After spending one night in the double bed room, we realized that the bed was too small for my husband and me, as we are accustomed to a larger bed. Without any hesitation, Aira promptly assisted us in changing to a room with two single beds, as the double bed rooms were fully occupied at that time. We are truly grateful for her assistance and thoughtfulness in accommodating our needs.

Good location, friendly restaurant staff. Was a little disappointed by the strong cigarette smell wafting through the corridor although I specifically requested for a non-smoking floor.
Special mention to a lady receptionist 丹？（didn't get her name) who was very kind to help me with my food delivery.

Nice and clean hotel with comfortable bed. :) Breakfast spread was decent. laundry room is provided for guests. Great location with walking distance to main tourist area - Xi’an City Wall.
