很满意的入住体验。位于城墙旁，晚上看城墙很漂亮，第一次到西安旅游，连住了四天，客房服务员清洁做得很好，客房很新，早餐也丰富，退房时还有伴手礼。美中不足的是电梯在维修，以至于等电梯的时间有点长。

第一次来西安！选择了南门古墙希尔顿欢朋酒店，入住后觉得实在太赞了，地理位置超级方便，就在中心地带去哪里都很方便很近，步行到小南门早市和钟楼，也就是10分钟内 ，到古城，skp，王府井百货也是5分钟内的路程，酒店的房间很干净整洁！房间也很大工作人员十分热情！特别是前台的小许！点赞～～～

酒店的入住体验简直太棒了！从踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了温馨与舒适。酒店的员工都非常热情友好，特别是前台工作人员，为我提供了无微不至的服务。房间宽敞明亮，装修风格现代简约，让人倍感放松。床品柔软舒适，让我每晚都能有一个好梦。此外，酒店的早餐也非常丰富多样，满足了我的各种口味需求。总之，这次入住让我非常满意，我会向家人和朋友强烈推荐，下次出行还会选择这里

房间还可以。管理服务很差。明明已经房间改为一晚，酒店前台全不知道。一再确认。后因飞机较晚，特地延续半天午休睡觉，还要打电话上来一直烦，打搅休息，那请问我花钱延住的意义在哪里。我基本不评价的人，都被他们搞火了，管理服务太差。

很满意的入住体验！酒店很新，大堂宽敞整洁大气！第一次到西安旅游，连住了四天。前台服务员热情、专业、礼貌！办理入住和退房手续简便快速，客房清洁做得很好，餐厅的用餐环境好，早餐品种多，食物新鲜味道好，现磨咖啡和豆浆等饮品味道不错。略有不足是，餐厅服务员不够及时取走客人餐桌上用过的餐盘等餐具。

The location is great, close to train station, shopping malls and tourist attractions. Breakfast is not bad. The only drawback is the long waiting time of lifts during peak hours (only 2 lifts for the entire hotel)

This hotel is quite new but it’s not even close to the Hilton standard. The lift is super crowded even during the off peak hours you need to wait approximately 10-15mins to get on lift. There is only two lifts in each floor. No staff lift so the staffs will just take the life whenever they want…. They nvr give a way to customers.
The hotel service is also foreign unfriendly. They don’t provide taxi service. You have your call taxi by yourself, It’s very rare in branding hotels.
Gym is very small.

Very modern hotel with all amenities. Very clean with services. Excellent location and a view over city walls. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice for Asian or western tastes. I would definitely stay again
