房间干净整洁，布置得温馨雅致。床铺柔软舒适，让人一夜好眠。卫生间也非常干净，各种设施一应俱全。
酒店的服务真的是无微不至。从办理入住到退房，每一个环节都能感受到工作人员的热情和专业。
早餐的种类非常丰富，有中式、西式等多种选择。食材新鲜，味道也很不错。

家庭亲子出行，两个人住还是很不错的。卫生挺干净的，服务员打扫的也及时，矿泉水自由哈，离钟楼鼓楼也不算远。打车很方便，酒店二层的餐厅无论菜品还是服务都相当可以，前台服务也到位，条件可以，主要是十一旅游季很实惠。满意！

Great breakfast and great service. We arrived late at night and were checked in promptly. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. My only one comment is that some guests smoke in the hallway despite non-smoking signs there. For those who do not enjoy being second hand smokers, choose the non-smoking option for less smokey rooms. Some smells may still waft into your non-smoking rooms.

Overall, it was a good experience. 3min by foot from metro station. Room is clean but quite small but ok for one person. Sadly toilet was clogged but they fixed it as soon as I complained about it.

This hotel is located nearly to the subway . Bathroom was so small , don’t have fridge . Stuff was kindly .

每个服务人员都很有礼貌，也很热情，孩子非常喜欢上下辅，住的都不想走了，这个价位性价比确实很高。酒店装修很高档，早餐很丰富，我们连住了3晚。酒店一楼服务大厅还有旅行社入驻，给出行游玩提供了方便。

It was a pleasant surprise of my hotel stay in recent trip to Xi'an.The hotel located near the Metro and at the ancient wall. There are plenty of restaurants and street food around the hotel. The hotel rooms and outfit in general are relatively new. The highlight is really The friendly staff of the hotel. Each time I go in or out the hotel lobby, I always received friendly greetings, one special mention is to the room service lady 宋瑞芝 whose provide the extraordinary service clean the room promptly and provide me an extra bottle water in the hot summer day.
