春运回家太远了，在西安住一天中转一下，选择这家酒店一方面是价格优惠，另一方面是19年带家里人来西安旅游的时候住过。当时有件事情印象很深刻，就是房间配的电脑连不上网，找了前台小女生，联系了维修人员，但是维修人员也不太懂，前台女生就跟领导沟通说给我们换一间，因为是酒店的问题导致我们上不了网，当时就很感动。不过我们觉得没必要，也没让换，最后还是前台女生来看了下原来是网线没接。这件事就让我对这家酒店挺有好感的，所以这次来西安还是选择了入住这里。酒店位置很不错，交通也很方便，入住当天吃完饭在路上还看见了天空飘下的小雪花，感觉超级浪漫，为千年古都增添了特别的韵味。

酒店地理位置还是很方便，去钟楼，鼓楼，步行大概是20分钟以内，楼下买东西也比较方便，有名创优品，吃东西也挺方便。建议卫生可以加强，住了5晚，浴帽用完了隔天应该及时补上，早餐比较简单，要是能有煎鸡蛋就好了，前台小玉服务还可以

首先酒店并不是戴斯品牌，其次装修也不是携程上说的2024年装修的，从马桶的颜色看至少有十年以上，另外下水道系统应该有问题，换了三间房都有反上来的臭味。还有大堂和菜鸟驿站差不多，就很难形容。服务态度还行，能给我们换三次房间。实际品牌如下：

酒店设备有些老旧，原来担心卫生不好还拿湿巾擦了桌子，没想到很干净。
地理位置也不错，离钟楼步行10分钟。
淡季来的，价格简直是便宜到起飞。
孩子做卷子，前台小玉还给免费打印了卷子。
总体来说性价比非常高，住的也很满意。

We received warm welcome by the front desk staff called xiao lu. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The breakfast consists of both chinese and western options and is one of the better breakfast we had in similar grade hotel. We will come back again.

The hotel location is within walking distance to bell tower, drum tower and Muslim quarter. Breakfast selections are quite good and have complimentary laundry washing machines. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly.

Comfy beds and pillows, spacious rooms, very accessible. It's a few meters away from the metro, basically giving you easy access across the city.

Great clean place. Totally worth the money…
No english spoken at reception unfortunately!
Would recommenf because is close to bus, train, metro and tourist places. Mostly walking distance.
