My third stay here, got the room with the special offer, definitely worth doing that as hot springs are included. First time in twin room, not as nice as king room, and the view was not so good, ?but still highly recommend this hotel with the excellent facilities.

I liked the fresh air I felt in the forest. You can use an electric cart if you ask the staff on your way to and from Wangfujing Outlet. When the weather gets cool, I will definitely bring my swimsuit and revisit. The ceramic dispenser in the bathroom is cute.

Beautiful room and amazing choice of breakfast and gym and pool too. About 25 minutes from the Terracotta Warriors Museum, so convenient for visiting. Excellent value for the price paid (as someone used to UK prices!)

Kids friendly hotel, my kid enjoyed staying at this hotel, and her rate for a total of 3 hotels staying at Xi'an is the top one! I love their outdoor hot spring the most, I would vote a higher rate to this hot spring environment compared with Japan and Taiwan from the past experience. I will come back again for my next visit.

We had big expectations for this place, but unfortunately we were disappointed for the facilities, starting for the breakfast very poor choices , we were placed in a secondary room because the main restaurant was full , the environment was terrible , missing lots of things that supposed to be basic , food option only for Asian. Secondly, everything in the hotel is paid , even the 40sqm playground for small kids need to be paid apart. Staff is friend. I would give 3 stars for the facility and way they handle things around . Definitely not back . Btw , the wine cellar all wine is fake , you find red wine with label of white wine and so on . Just check the labels and find the mistakes for who knows a bit wine !

The service was excellent and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. My parents and my family had a lovely stay. My 8 year old boy somehow loved the hot spring more than adults lol…. It is such a family friendly hotel. The only downside was that the swimming pool and indoor kids playground were closed the next day. I wish we had been notified earlier.
Overall, highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, especially at the hot springs. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special mention to the manager, Roland, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He could speak English fluently, which made our experience so much smoother. This level of service is a bit different from some of the other Chinese hotels we’ve stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported stay.
