Room feels dusty, the hotel needs to improve on cleanliness and eliminate the mouldy smell.
Breakfast variety is acceptable, with fruits, Chinese cuisine and bread / pizza.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Location is quite convenient if you want to have a walk around the walls in the evening. Cleanliness is quite good, but can be improved (e.g. by vacuum cleaning of carpets..).
Breakfast was very nice.

Отель очень удобно расположен, рядом все и метро и вокзал, куча недорогих кафе, вход на стену. Сам отель -это китайская классика, мебель из старого дерева, кругом драконы и восточный стиль. Завтраки хорошие, только нет яичной станции. Уже лежат сильно зажаренные яйца и нельзя что-то заказать на свой вкус.

The hotel staff is not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. It was the worst experience of all my trips to China. For example, since it was raining, they made me walk through the rain with my suitcases because they didn't want to get them wet and full to open the barrier for the taxi. They started cleaning the ONLY coffee machine, and in the last 30 minutes of breakfast, you couldn't get a coffee. The safe was broken; they made me lose an hour of my vacation because I had to wait in my room until they changed it. Added to this, other problems in just 36 hours of stay—a record for the worst service. The Wi-Fi only worked in the rooms, in the lobby, and there was no Wi-Fi at breakfast.

到陕西靖边和延安游玩，西安换车选择入住西安阳光大酒店（西安火车站五路口地铁站店），地理位置非常好，就在西安站进站口对面200米处，老五星酒店，服务特别好，酒店温馨，早餐丰富，下次来还住这里。

Great hotel close to Xi'An station (not Xi'An Bei where the high-speeds go). The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the staff were very effective with understanding all my requirements. The breakfast was brilliant too with a wide variety of choices.

The room was an excellent size with lovely additional
Features for children we were also gifted a free minibar. However our bed was the hardest poorest quality mattress I have ever experienced and I had the worst nights sleep. When both my husband and I tried to explore and ask for a mattress topper (which the other beds had) nobody spoke English a dn even using translation apps they didn’t want to help or improve the situation. The bathroom from our room did not have a shower or bath(both off the other room). The breakfast had very little that was for an International visitor (if you don’t count the pizza and waffle fries). There is alot of competition for hotels in Xi’An and I would not recommend this hotel at this price point for English speaking travellers.

The service at Soluxe Hotel was very good. The hotel was very near the Xi'an Railway Station and the Metro station, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are many eateries around the area. I'll love to book this hotel when I come back to Xi'an again!

A good place to stay. Very close to the Xi'an railway station and metro. Might seem a bit dated, but still comfortable. Typical Asian vibes.
