一进大堂里感觉到风格十分端庄，酒店前台还给升级了房型，房间视野超棒，窗正对秦岭山脉，晚上看夜景美不胜收。隔音效果也很好，虽然不在市中心，但是有直去机场的大巴很方便，出酒店后附近也有盒马电影院Ktv，十分方便！！

This is supposedly an international hotel in the ChangAn district. Except for its external facade and the good size room, there was absolutely nothing good you can say about this hotel. I used to stay at this hotel before. It had reasonable F&B, only reasonable, at that time but, this trip, there was nothing...There was hardly a soul in the entire hotel apart from the reception.?
Housekeeping was a joke...40 square meter room cleaned up in less than 5 minutes. Used cups were not washed. Housekeeping was just a matter of changing the towels and replacing the bottled water. My mind started to play on the questionable standard when I had some rashes developed on my arms...good that they went off in a day.

The hotel is in the university town, fairly close to the qinling mountains, so if that's the location you need it's a decent hotel. The view is really great. While the bed is clean, big and comfortable the hotel room isn't too clean, the floors and corners all had some dirt or stains, and seemed like it hadn't been wiped for awhile. The hotel is massive and has everything you need for a stay near the universities.

很一般，前台服务特别差，没有任何服务意识，感觉欠她钱一样，也许这就是西安特色吧！

枕头上有血迹???睡的时候，发现枕头边上有血迹，找了工作人员，1. 工作人员説他们知道这个血迹，但是已经干了洗不掉?? 这种情况不应该丢掉吗？ ?2. 想换个枕头，结果只能换枕套不能换枕芯，这都是什么奇葩説法，都有血迹了我们肯定心里膈应啊。结果最后还是我自己套的枕套

房间可以，免费给我升级了房间，房间大小可以，但相对来説衞生间比较小，有荞麦枕可以联系更换，房间不含早餐，也没有单独购买，叫了附近的小六汤包，味道不错。走的时候书找不见了，联系了工作人员顺丰到付

1. Shower - when I arrived at the hotel, it was late and I traveled for quite some time during the day. I wanted a nice warm shower until I got to my room and the water was cold. The issue was reported to the front desk in the morning. I checked if it was fixed and it was relayed that it was fixed. Got back to the room and the problem was not fixed. After the second and third attempt of trying to get the water problem fixed, the water was still cold. In addition the shower door rubber was broken creating a safety hazard because the water was going outside the shower causing a mini flood in the bathroom. This was also reported and one staff member laughed at me and pointed to the caution sign - slippery when wet.
2. Service - the manager Mr Su Li and an employee by the name of Zhi Heng Zhang were the most accommodating after the incident was escalated. They ensured that my last night at the hotel was pleasant. I got an upgrade and everything went well.
