This place is pure luxury. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a team of people. The rooms are large and comfortable with amenities in case you forgot something. There are separate rooms for the toilet and shower, including a full sized bath tub. You will find cold drinks in the refrigerator and snacks on the table. The food in the restaurant is incredible, with many selections for the breakfast buffet, and the staff make sure you are pampered in every way. They remember your name and the beverage you prefer. The location is in easy to access and just a few minutes from the subway. There are also a few street vendors near by but not in front of the hotel. They also have a great car and driver. He was aggressive but safe. He gave me the impression that he wanted to make sure I got to the right place and on time. Special thanks to Rongrong. She helped me on many occasions with translating, communicating and making sure I was well taking care of. She went above and beyond my expectations of good service. She made my stay extra special. The place and staff are top notch and made my trip to Xi’an most memorable and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again Rongrong and the entire staff at the Rose Garden Hotel, you are truly the best.
