Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wunderbare Ruhe in der Nacht. Werden das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Allerdings scheint auf Grund der Lage im Grünen ein Auto unerl?sslich. Auch für Reisende mit Kindern ein unkomplizierter Aufenthalt. Highlights in der Umgebung für jede Altersgruppe.

Check in was fast and rooms was already available. Inside the room was like entering a 90's time tunnel where room decor was back in the 90's style, very big room, clean and still well maintained.
Breakfast was fairly good but slow to replenish and not much food left half hour before restaurant closes for breakfast. Car park ample at the hotel's premises, a bit tight at the lots in front of the hotel. About 10mins walk to Aman Central Mall and very close to many food courts. Overall, it is value for money.

My preferred hotel in Alor Setar… The staffs are friendly and professional… The room is spacious and comfortable… The breakfast is good and delicious too… Highly recommend !!

2nd time stay sini. Walopun perabot lama tapi bilik sangat selesa luas dan bersih. Masjid zahir pun dekat so boleh jalan kaki ja. Breakfast pun banyak pilihan and nice. Parking pun banyak. Dekat dengan aman central. Kedai makan kawasan situ pun banyak. So memang puas hati stay sini??.

This is a very very good option in Idar Oberstein. I visit the town every year for buying stones at the local supplyers. This time i've tried the Kristall and it has been a wonderful surprise. Location perfect, a bit out of the centre on the top of a Hill with nice view and I also saw 2 baby deers getting there. Inside the hotel is modern and well organized. Room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast with a large variety and there is also a snack and beverage spot 24h. The guy at the reception (cant remember the name) was very kind and helpful. Perfect also for familias, with nice gsrden around and many games in the common space. I will definetely come back, posibly with my family next time!!!

The approach to the hotel had me a bit worried( Sat nab brought us through some less than appealing neighbourhoods then onto a road that makes you think it goes nowhere!) however no need to be worried, the hotel was just what we needed after a long day on the motorbike. Staff were friendly at check in, spoke a good amount of English, sorry my German is non existent, the room was a bit dated but clean and functional. The restaurant and bar are both much more modern and the food was delicious. As an overnight stop on a touring holiday it was fine, but of a walk into town down steep roads or path if you are wanting to, my advice is don’t bother just stay at the hotel and have a few drinks there! Breakfast buffet was good, plenty of choice.

Kind staff, clean place, fair prices, pretty decoration and two adorable cats ?????? We made a mistake and booked a room in another hotel (Hotel - Pizzeria Venezia) without realizing it was way too far from Idar Oberstein; btw manager at Venezia was super kind and allowed us to cancel without penalty (thank you again!). We booked a room at the Berghotel literally two hours before our arrival, and everything went smoothly and rushed free, Súper recommended
