We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Easy to get to from the airport and easy to get into the centre. Room was good. Breakfast was really good. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

I stay often at this hotel and am never disappointed. The buffet breakfast is excellent, good menu also at the restaurant, and the bar is cosy. There is also an excellent (although quite expensive) sushi restaurant 50 metres from the hotel. Location is quite good, close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station and metro, 10 minutes to the city centre. Rooms are modern and comfortable. And if that’s not enough, there is a casino (also with good restaurant) next door!

房间没有问题，就是前台夜间服务的工作人员服务意识需要提高，1月21日晚上我们以为吹风机的问题找前台，当时用荷兰语沟通，工作人员直接回答我们今天晚上没有回荷兰语的同事态度让人很不舒服，后来用英语沟通她先不解决问题反而反问我你会英语为什么不説英语？我想知道在荷兰她为什么不学荷兰语，我真的懒得跟这种素质的女人较真，总之住的房间头两天根本没有打扫衞生我不知道出了什么问题？

Stay was nice and lovely. Room was pretty warm and had everything. Location was also pretty convenient from airport and to Amsterdam centraal. Good breakfast.

房间很大记得和前台说不要corner room，到机场打车20欧，离central station搭地铁有段距离但其实很快，走到最近的地铁站只要两分钟，非常方便，房间隔音也很好，浴室很大、很乾净。我会推荐全部的人来住

the hotel is quite new from its outlook. location is OK for Intercity train.
for Uber or Taxi, it was not convenience as the car was not allowed to drive in and drop off next to the hotel entrance...
The room was a bit odd and noise, as the room door has a big gap that I can see the light from outside the lobby, just I was OK as the room of my stay was quite far away from the lift.
the check-in/out service are all self-served, that's why it was relatively cheap for the room rate.

再次入住。前台给免费升级了房间，给力。出行方便，离火车站近，一站到中央车站，优步35欧左右可达机场。
