Wat een geweldige ervaring om hier te slapen. Rosewood is een hotel wat er in Amsterdam nog niet eerder was en met de unieke locatie, service, luxe een ware aanwinst voor Amsterdam. Dit is een hotel waar je nog lang aan terug denkt als je er verbleven hebt. Alle details kloppen. Enige probleem is dat je in 1 dag niet van alle gemakken en luxe kan genieten dus moet je hier wel minimaal meerdere dagen verblijven. Ik kijk al weer uit naar mijn volgende verblijf in Rosewood Amsterdam.

From the outside, the property looks cheap and unfinished, resembling a warehouse rather than a five-star hotel. Despite being newly opened, it shows little attention to detail or effort in design, which seriously undermines its claim to luxury.

Une superbe expérience et un super bon moment de partage avec Lino qui s'est occupé de nous ce soir là au bar. Une belle histoire et des cocktails surprenants très gourmands et pleins de saveurs. Un personnel très professionnel et qui sait nous partager sa passion. Merci encore à Lino pour cette belle soirée et au plaisir de revenir à notre prochain passage sur Amsterdam.

The hotel’s location and the thoughtful restoration of a centuries-old building are truly exceptional - warm, stylish, and full of character. As a newer property, the service still feels like it’s finding its rhythm, and I could hear noise from the room above late at night due to thin floors. Breakfast was also a bit inconsistent. One thing to note: on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, Ubers currently have difficulty accessing the front of the hotel due to a local taxi regulation. The hotel is aware and working with the city to resolve it, but it’s not ideal if you’re arriving late from the airport with luggage or returning from dinner. That said, the art exhibit and the hotel bar are absolute highlights and should not be missed.

Beautiful rooms and hotel. Service is a bit lackluster. If staying here, just be prepared to have to deal with a lot of slack.

Recently stayed at Rosewood Amsterdam and can't say I would recommend As we arrived, the entire entrance team was standing around gossiping, so we opened our own doors and carried out luggage We were checked in by the receptionist Esmee who decided to tell us everything we should do in Amsterdam and interrupt my wife as she was speaking the entire way to the room. Even though we told her that we were there for a conference. Room was nice but nothing worked, problem with shower, lights and there was a weird smell in our room. Bar was fantastic, service and atmosphere. The rest of the hotel was really messy and dirty. Breakfast was delicious but took a long time to be brought to the table. Overall, we do not recommend!

Although the building,entrance and walkways do not give the WOW effect I expected, the rooms, bar , restaurant and inner terraces give a very luxurious quiteness. We had an excellent dinner at Eeuwen with impeccable,charming,knowledgeable and smiling service with very tasty good food ,beautifully presented in a warm,cosy atmosphere, drinking good wines . Thank you Robin and your frirendly team for this wonderful experience .

酒店很美就在阿姆运河前面 这一块闹中取静
离博物馆和dam square都很近
套房没有很大 welcome card写错了性别
写成Mr但後来都被很好解决了
以及携程上写一张King
後来入住变成了两张Queen
酒店整体像个艺术馆 到处都是很美的细节
房卡是很可爱的卡通人物 很细节
泳池区也很美 就是池子有点小
以及早餐是include的 携程的讯息又错了
建议大家可以问reception确认

Worst anniversary ever. We arrived around 12, they told us to have a drink at the lounge as the room will be ready soon and complimentary upgrade (amex platinum). Unfortunately we couldn’t even check in at 3pm (official check in time), so we lost half a day of our getaway. Also they couldn’t arrange a place for us to freshen up as we wanted to explore the city. They got us a free lunch which we didn’t even care about. When we went to the room we were even more disappointed, the room was different from the beautiful pictures, we got a 3rd rate dining table and chairs instead of the nice lounge chair of the pictures they show online (see it in the pictures I show). Also the name on the welcome card is totally wrong, and the canal view in the pictures of the site are only if you’re 2 meters big . We didn’t get an upgrade but even worse than the room we think we booked as described in the pictures. One tip don’t go. Especially when you booked 1300 euro for one night Update: we just went back to our room around midnight and they gave us a bottle of champagne with a sorry card (I don’t even understand why they can make everything all right with a bottle as they don’t even know if we drink or not). Irony was they put it next to the old card with the wrong name, check photo We travel alot around the world and this never happened in any of the five star hotels we visited.

We just spent a delightful weekend in Amsterdam with Rosewood. We were apprehensive having had a bad experience at a previous rosewood. But this restored our faith completely. The hotel is newly opened and as such everything is new and shiny. The team were warm and welcoming, the rooms comfortable, the spa relaxing and the f&b outlets were exactly what you needed. I would hope to see this hotel feature in the Worlds 50 Best list in the next round. Well done team.
