酒店环境很好，很温馨，服务人员很认真，也很热情，还有室外温泉池可以泡。管家杜哥活动安排很周到，对周围的事情也很了解，一句话，有事找他就行，然后晚上还会有篝火晚会，可以自己上台唱歌。玩的很好，下次有机会还来。

Quite far from the town and nothing around the hotel

这次入住体验真的太棒了，每一位大哥大姐都好热情。接送滑雪场司机大哥也耐心又风趣，滑雪的时候着凉了，浑身不舒服，饭也没吃两口。因为离镇上有段距离，**买不了药，司机大哥给我倒了自制生姜酱，餐厅阿姨给了我4粒感冒药。吃了药睡了一觉，泡个温泉，身体情况好多了！！真的是太感谢了！！可惜天池没开，也没下雪，下次一定再来！！

I like the service at the hotel. We went to the hot spring and the staffs were really friendly and helpful . The male elderly staff sent me proper shoes and gave me towel when I wanted to move to the outdoor pool. We could communicate via WeChat with the front desk and that helped us quite a fair bit when our shower was at too high a temperature. The front desk staff has also given us some useful advice. The loft bed may be a challenge for elderly as the steps to the loft bed are a bit high.

＞ Lots of activities in hotel and very helpful staff ( a young man who wear glasses) even i'm a foreigner and he can't speak English well.
＞ free dinner and free breakfast are quite Korean tradional ( lots of vetgetables)
Will recommended friends to go here and i will go agagin soon.

Hotel is very nice & clean. There are hot springs indoor & outdoor pool. Every staff is very nice and helping us a lot. They can’t speak English but they use WeChat to talk to us and help us everything since we booking like booking the bus or send us how to go to railway or How to find the bus. They also help order the food, booking scenic spots tickets, write the sign to help us to get back to hotel went we go out. If we have a chance, we will absolutely come back here.

No hotel rooms are facing mountain, only when u climbing up to 3rd level then you are able to see the mountain from far . Quite misleading as the description stated : mountain view .
Only one hot spring is under operational condition & the size is quite small and indoor. Moreover the operating hours only from 2pm to 10pm. Not really enjoy.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!
