酒店位置还可以，设施比较旧，衞生比较乾净，客房每天有送水果，办入住的时候前台送了小礼物，服务态度好，特别是礼宾部的小姬和小路在接送我们的时候提前打电话确认什麽时候到站，然後发讯息告诉出了火车站怎麽走，説的很清楚，小路送我们的时候，帮我们拿行李，一直送到电梯口，他俩的服务使我们感到很暖心，再次感谢！

第一次来安阳选择的安阳迎宾馆，真的是无可挑剔的完美体验，强烈推荐，必须五星好评，从入住到离店，每一个环节都让人非常满意。
特别感谢前台工作人员：杨敏美女，热情细心。
宾馆环境优雅，设施崭新乾净，服务人员热情周到，有欢迎水果酸奶小零食，细致贴心。早餐种类丰富，有安阳特色扁粉菜和粉浆饭。床品舒适，一夜好眠。
下次来这个城市，一定会再次选择这里！

酒店位置方便离高铁站很近，门口广场很大，房间整洁乾净。窗外夜景不错，外卖有机器人送上去很方便。前台俊草服务热情周到，及时解决问题！

第一次来安阳，不了解其他酒店，没有比较。这里的话，对二楼味甲天下餐厅很满意，服务很好，味道也很好，还免费用了包间，特别感谢7号晚上8点左右小包间的一个女孩子，亲切又热情，像个邻家小妹妹，可惜忘了问她的名字，後面两天回到酒店时都过了餐厅营业时间。
走的时候差点儿赶不上火车，幸好酒店安排了路师傅送站，刚好及时赶到，路师傅还一路给火急火燎的我们提供情绪价值，非常感谢！
总体来看，在一个小城市有这样的服务相当满意了。

第一次来安阳，个人对酒店还是比较挑剔的，但是这家酒店要给五星好评，前台接待热情，有求必应，因为火车时间要晚上6点半，希望游玩回来再休息会等再去火车站，提了希望延迟退房，前台给延到了5点半，真的很感谢，还有负责接送的司机小路接送准时，礼貌，非要把两个箱子自己接过去，非常好的一次住宿体验

酒店服务态度很好，非常贴心，接送站服务让出行方便很多，还有中药泡脚体验、欢迎水果，入住体验很好，性价比很高，16楼服务员张春英、芈海燕服务响应也很及时，非常推荐来这里入住
