Неожиданно классный отель, номера потрясающие, управляются умным домом, в каждом номере стоят фильтры воздуха (никогда такого не встречали). Номера чистенькие, хорошенькие с достойным ремонтом.
В целом отель расположен хорошо, рядом со всеми торговыми центрами и магазинами.
Брали номера разных ценовых категорий, все достойные.

Great little hotel!
Lovely room. Great bathtub. Comfy bed.
Pool on the roof was nice, albeit a little small.

The whole management team has huge problems. And the receptionist is trying to make fun of guests.
First of all, when I checked out, the receptionist let me wait for 5 min to let the staff check my room, even though I told him I was in a hurry to catch my flight. However, after I had been waiting for 5 minutes the receptionist guy still didn’t tell me whether the room had been successfully checked and whether I could leave for airport, and he was just talking to others for something meaningless. And when I asked him whether I could leave now, he said yes.
What is the work attitude? Do you understand what catching a flight mean? How can you waist guests’ time like this?
Secondly, the staff who water the flowers sprayed on my face, especially on my eyes. I am still wondering whether it’s water or pesticides. Why did the staff water the guest when the doorman opened the door? Is it on purpose to make fun of guests?
Thirdly, the cleaning staff never really cleaned the room, and didn’t refill the amenities. When I returned my room in the evening, there was no slipper, no body gel, no shampoo, no tissue. Only towels were replaced. Look at the picture, the toothpaste is still on the glass after they “cleaned” the room.
Fourthly, I requested the room far away from elevator, however, the receptionist gave me the room close to the elevator, and of coz there were plenty of rooms which were not occupied on the same floor.

很英伦范儿的感觉
住店的英国人多
服务生印度人多
早餐会主动帮忙拿菜盘找座位
数量不多但种类齐全 粥 卤肉饭 炸猪排饭 米粉 泰餐 麪包都有 吃的很舒服
顶楼小泳池很美
不过太小了也就拍拍照 旁边坐着喝喝东西很舒服
房间很舒服很英伦
衞生间居然还配了电视哈哈
2-5点二楼有下午茶 一些简单的水果茶点奶茶
是会推荐的酒店
位置去机场快轨也很近
早上也可以溜达去买个factory coffee
这个价位下很推荐

The hotel is so beautiful, not so big. Its more like a boutique hotel concept.
Service was great!
Room is awesome!
Amenities is good!
Location is ok for those can walk, its behind pratunam but for elderly will not be recommended to walk. Maybe can take grab or taxi. BTS is quite far from the hotel.
Swimming pool is small, just good for dipping not swimming for adults.
Rooftop bar is small, the staircase is too small. Dont think oversized people can go to the bar.
Only things that upset me is the deposit of TH2000 that i have to pay cash due to i didn’t bring my credit card. Debit card is not acceptable.

1.Удобное расположение (в нескольких минутах ходьбы от наземного метро, рядом 7/11, ТЦ, Big C, массажные салоны)
2. Комфортный номер с отличной шумоизоляцией и удобными кроватями. В номере: чайник и кофемашина, чашки и бокалы. Просторная ванная комната с видом на город!
3. Вкусный завтрак, а ещё ассортимент комплиментарных закусок в лобби отеля в обеденное время.
4. Потрясающий вид с верхнего этажа (там же расположен небольшой бассейн инфинити) на город.
