    酒店位置在闹市区,隔音不会很好,门口无论是打车还是开车都是比较麻烦的,很窄人很多,交通不方便,房间衞生和前台服务还可以,设施就很老套了 毕竟几十年的酒店了,

    Kamar luas dan bersih, hanya saja banyak serangga di kamar mandi dengan jendela tertutup rapat, tidak tahu darimana datangnya. Pelayanan bagus, semua crew nya baik dan ramah.

    As a business traveler, i love the location as it is within the market. Hotel is clean and safe. Outside lots of restaurants and street foods. Safe area to walk around even very late at night. Staffs are friendly too. Will surely stay here again.

    出门就是早市,7-11也在附近,很方便。 服务还行,不过要求多一条被子,还被拒绝,结果第二天再次要求才给。 巷子有点窄,叫车比较麻烦。

    Nice place to stay when your on the go shopping near night market pratunam like 2-3 mins walk for buying pasalubong like inhalers and foods, near 7 eleven and outside the hotel is the clothes many affordable. The room is clean woth the staff everyday and i like the aircon very cold but lacking is they have no cabinet but they have mini refrigerator and mini sofa

    Convenient to Pratunam Market, local restaurants around the hotel. Comfortable stay. Breakfast could be improved. No egg station wherein you can ask to make scramble eggs or omelet. Changed room because of defective aircon. My sister also had issue with aircon as it was dripping as well.

    Towel didn’t replace new set after taking away even though we bring our own towel, toilet paper rolls didn’t replenish more previous was 2 rolls, our room beside was doing Reno works a bit noisy.

    Terrible service by the front desk staff. 26/11/24 9.45pm, i have approached the front desk staff. I have informed them that i have misplaced one of my room key card, Maybe ?I have left it at the breakfast room this morning while having my breakfast. I have also asked them whether anyone have return my room key card to the front desk and perhaps i could have a new keycard.? To my surprised the front desk lady instantly with a rude voice and arrogant body language told me to pay 300baht.? I told her if she can assist me to check with the staff at the breakfast room. She has refused to listen to my explanation and repeatedly said i have to pay. Worst part she don’t even bother to ask for my room number. She insisted me to pay for the misplaced keycard.? I was so angry and requested to see the manager. She told me that the manager ‘went out’. I then told her that she don’t have to ?kept on repeatedly mentioned that i have to pay for the misplaced of the room key cards. I was just asking whether anyone have return my room key card to the front desk and perhaps the front desk can assist me ?to check at the breakfast room.. Rudely she asked me to check myself tomorrow at the breakfast room.? The front desk staff then sat down at the counter doing her job and ignored me who was standing in front of her at ?the reception counter.? I have sent a email to the hotel because when i told the front desk staff that i will log a complaint she told me to go ahead.? The hotel ?representative has responded to my email and said ?it is a misunderstanding and miscommunication.? As a guest of the hotel, i personally felt ?that there is zero customer service provided by the hotel staffs. There wasn't any misunderstanding or miscommunication between me and the front desk staff during the conversation . The staff was so rude by ignoring the guest who was standing right ?in front of them. Worst part no apology and the staff can just ?sat down in front of a guest while the guest is standing.? Upon checked out, i have paid 300baht by cash. Seriously I strongly do not recommend First House Hotel.BKK. Mistake i make was, I should read more negative reviews about the hotel at Trip Advisor before making a booking at this hotel. Strongly regret.
