Good food …front desk staff are nice n approachable,housekeepers are friendly n helpfull… needed to at least provide 4 bottles of water daily… body wash , …
Toothbrush n toothpaste.. provide maps for mostly ?people are not English speaking…bus , train ways to commute will be of great help … thank you

We stayed at Season Siam Hotel in November 2024. The facilities were good, and the staff, especially the supervisor in charge, were excellent. However, many of the guests, mostly Indian men, displayed poor behavior by eating with their hands at the breakfast buffet, which negatively affected the overall experience for other guests. This is an area that needs improvement.

The hotel is centrally located, close to business areas, but some Indian guests were disruptive and cut in line while I was waiting to check in. I hope the staff can manage this better in the future.

Walking distance from Metro station exit 2 or 4
Many street food stalls along the stretch of roads and mini massage shops too.also many 7-11 shops around. Even fruits stall and coconut ice creams desserts right in the late night * for simple hazzle free backpack travellers like us these are one of the choices hotel to select for! Simple can have a safe night sleep and well bfast is provided for us .

整个酒店几乎全是三哥的旅游团，设备老旧根本不是图片的样子！很乱很吵，基本都是内窗，大厅热的要命！电梯慢又小！三哥的味道充斥着酒店和房间里！床单上都是那种体味?香水的味道！太浓烈了！定了两天直接退一天浪费一天！简直受不了！三哥还一直盯着女生看！简直了！！！

好评是刷的，照片和实际不符，实际没有这么明亮，过道很黑，房间也很暗，设施老旧，印度人很多，晚上很吵，网上订的两晚，看到现场后直接选择放弃了，协商取消不允许，协商退一晚也不同意，最后还是走了宁愿不要这个钱了换了一家酒店，信任携程的评分才订的，建议携程还是对酒店的评分和照片进行核实

Although the staff were helpful, the hotel wasn’t as expected and nowhere near 3 Star property. Starting from room, it seems outdated and needs some renovation. Although the hotel looks good from the outside it wasn’t the case when we checked In. The location is not good for partygoers and sightseeing and the bathroom was so small, also there wasn’t a proper drainage system. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

It’s my 3rd time to stay in this hotel. Everything was great except that they didn’t provide the slipper to walk inside the room. And the housekeeping didn’t clean the room clean enough. However, the price and facilities acceptable. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come to Bangkok.
