The hotel is located in a very dirty neighborhood! Their front entry gate is inside an alley where your car can't go! You have to get off a bit ahead of the hotel and pull the bags to the gate!
The hotel forces you to give them 2000 THB security for no logical reason! I have stayed in over 100 hotels in 20+ countries. I visited Thailand 7 times. This is the only hotel that asks for this! I came from airport via grab (which accepts card) and didn't have cash. Hotel don't accept foreign card either. I had to run to atms and get cash!
Rooms are small! Shower is even smaller! shower door clashes with toilet commode and you have to enter the shower with difficulty.
Room doesn't have any tea, coffea nor a water heater. Almost no basic amenities either.
Breakfast was really bad considering we paid 10$ per head. Hotel is very noisy and loud! 95% guests are Indian who seems to be arguing a lot.
During checkout, they charged me 500 THB. they claimed one towel in the room was dirty and they can't clean! Wait, what??? Towel will get dirty when people use them! Also why will I pay them 500 thb for a 20 baht towel which is just dirty!
I finally realized why they keep 2000thb initially - just to scam people!
The stuff behavior is absolutely worst! Never book this hotel!
Another weird thing is the elevator (it doesn't have 1st floor - see pic).

The place is in fact ok but the attitude of the staff make it worst. We ask for shaver and they said you can get in 7-11, we ask if the hotel can provide one, the staff replied this is a cheap hotel, we don’t have it.
The staff is not even proud of their working place. Is very hard to improve their service level

酒店挺好的，我们入住的时候前台还给了小点心，服务挺周到的，酒店的自助餐也不错，值得去吃，价格合理，入住的客人还有优惠。值得大家信赖！

是在一家KTV上面，有点吵。电梯共用出入人有点杂。

服务比较好，周边环境稍有不足，白天有些嘈杂，晚上还是比较安静。性价比高，推荐。

新装修不久的农家乐，非常舒服，房价比较大，很干净，门前一条河，夏天还可以玩下水。服务很好，他们怕我们找不到，还主动接我们，第二天为了轻松爬山，行李放在他们家里，下山时，他们特意帮我们把行李送来。真的很热情！他们家也可吃农家菜，在那里的三餐我们都是在他们家吃的，感觉就像在家里一样。非常愉快的一次住宿！
