I want to give this hotel zero stars, or even negative stars. First, the facilities are extremely outdated. It claims to have been renovated in the last two years, but when we entered the room, we were shocked by how shabby everything was—the curtains took immense effort to pull, the ceiling lights buzzed loudly, the hair dryer’s plug was broken and posed an electric shock risk, and the fridge’s noise kept me awake at night. The flimsy soles of the disposable slippers and the slippery bathroom floor with zero anti-slip measures made me nearly fall twice.
More importantly, the service is absolute garbage. On our first day, we called for two bottles of water and waited a full hour with no delivery, completely ruining our plans to visit the night market. The front desk also failed to mention the shuttle service at check-in, forcing us to walk to the nearby mall. On our last day, a staff member named "Benz" pretended to be helpful, offering to drive us to Paragon in a shuttle—only to reveal his true motive: demanding a 5-star review in exchange. I strongly suspect this hotel uses such tactics to fish for fake reviews.
When "Benz" dropped us off, he promised to wait for our return, but the lobby was empty when we got back. We then asked a bespectacled, dark-skinned staff member if the shuttle could take us to the nearby Phaya Thai MRT station (just 700 meters away) so we wouldn’t miss our flight—only to be coldly told "No." The staff refused to help, even though it was promised earlier.
If this were a budget chain, I wouldn’t expect much—but at 5,000 THB per night plus a 1,000 THB deposit, this "five-star" hotel’s service is a joke. It’s worse than many budget hotels I’ve stayed in. Avoid this place at all costs if you want a decent trip in Bangkok.

首先,这家酒店的设施极其陈旧。它宣称自己在近两年装修过,但当我们进入房间时,被其设施的破旧程度震惊了——窗帘要费九牛二虎之力才能拉动,房顶的射灯滋滋作响,吹风机的插头断了,有漏电的危险;夜深人静时冰箱制冷的噪声让我无法入睡。因为一次性拖鞋的劣质鞋底和浴室没有任何防滑措施的地面,我两次差点滑倒。
更重要的是,该酒店的服务是真正的垃圾。在第一天我们入住时,我们打服务电话要了两瓶饮用水,但等了足足一个小时,都没有人送水上来,直接耽误了我们打算去夜市的行程。其次,前台在我们办理入住时并没有告知我们有接驳车服务,导致我们往返附近的购物中心时都被迫只能步行。在最后一天我们退房寄存行李时,有一位名为“Benz”的服务人员貌似热情地迎接上来,询问我们要去哪里,并主动提出驾驶三轮接驳车送我们去最近的paragon商场。但等到他带我们进入停车场后,他的真实意图就马上暴露了——他拿出一个二维码,要求我们为他和酒店写好评,也就是说,他所做的这一切只是为了换取一个免费的好评。我严重怀疑这家酒店在其他方面也是通过类似方式来诱导客人写虚假好评的。
在这位“Benz”送我们到达paragon时,他假装热情地询问我们的返回时间,并称会在酒店大堂等候以帮助我们。但当我们拎着大包小包购物回来时,大堂却已经人去楼空。我们提取行李后询问前台一位戴眼镜、黑皮肤的工作人员,能否安排一辆三轮接驳车送我们到附近仅700多米的帕亚泰地铁站乘坐机场快线——因为我们按照原定的有车接送来安排了我们的时间,如果要步行前往,我们就可能误机——得到的答复只有一句冷漠的“没有”。这里的工作人员不肯向客人提供任何帮助,即便这是已经事先约定好的。
如果说这是一家快捷连锁酒店,我不会对服务质量抱有很高期望;但它每天收取我五千泰铢的房费,外加每晚一千泰铢的押金,这样的一家五星级酒店竟然是这种服务态度,令我极其震惊。事实上,它连我住过的很多快捷酒店都不如。
总之,这家酒店给人的体验极为糟糕,我强烈建议任何想在曼谷有一个好的旅行体验的人不要选择这家酒店。
