Location is good with small 7-11 below it. However some aspect of service can be improved. E.g. drop off item seems to be with bell boy and no manned all the time, swimming pool comes at extra cost but not obvious on webpage.

I had an excellent stay at ibis Bangkok Siam.
The location couldn’t be better right next to the BTS station and within walking distance to MBK, Siam Discovery, and Siam Paragon.
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was fresh with good options, and the hotel felt safe and well-managed.
Perfect choice for anyone visiting Bangkok convenient, affordable, and reliable.
Highly recommended!

地理位置；1） siam(CNE)站 .1号出口（4月台右边）走楼梯下????往回直走.（我步行慢）约10分钟.到.饭店同边.（走路沿途有麦当劳、肯德基很多吃的）。
2）W1 .1号出口走楼梯下. 旁边立马到同边.
到达饭店时. 已经晚上10点了.柜台服务 超好?? . 简单的破英文 也行. 房间1人住刚好.??.
下次应该 还会选这.因为 有小7. 饿了立马有的吃。

这绝对是一次令人难忘的住宿体验！饭店地理位置极佳，交通非常便利，不论是商务或旅游都是理想的选择。
一踏入大厅，就被其典雅大方的设计风格所吸引。房间宽敞明亮，设备新颖且维护得非常乾净，床铺舒适到让人一觉好眠。卫浴空间乾湿分离且水压稳定，让人彻底放松。
特别值得一提的是服务人员，从入住到退房，每一位员工都展现出专业与热情，随时提供即时的协助与贴心的问候，让人感到宾至如归。
早餐的选择丰富多样，中西式餐点应有尽有，品质也相当高，为一天的开始提供了满满的能量。
整体而言，这间饭店的性价比极高，完全超越了我的期望。强烈推荐给所有寻找高品质住宿的旅客。下次造访此地，我一定会再次选择这里

Best location if you will be shopping around siam area. Right in front of the hotel is the National Stadium station which is 1 stop from Siam station. Hotel help receive and store my parcel before I arrived in Bangkok. Receptionists were friendly and polite.

Convenient location next to train station and close to shopping centres. Room is a bit small though.

给我们的房间是无法开窗的偏僻角落大床房，周边声音嘈杂，房间里有下水道的味道，没有拖鞋和牙刷（惯例），里siam还是有一站路的，周边比较偏僻，价格偏贵，非常不推荐大家入住。
