Firstly the check in / check out staff wasn’t friendly , happens to be Ms.Jam. (Although i asked for a later check out was denied, the staff could have explain in a more polite manner).?
The breakfast was acceptable, the person in charge Nd the cashier Ms … (can’t remember) was polite and nice.?
The concierge was good very helpful!

The room I was staying in was large and well maintained.The bed was very comfortable as were the two sofa chairs provided near the window. The bathroom was clean and there was a large bathtub that I took advantage of a couple of time for a soothing hot bath. There was a large smart TV in the room but although it had access to Netflix and other streaming services, none of them worked unless you had your own account. It would have been nice if the hotel had a building wide account for guests. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I had some questions about the hotel. The hotel has a pool and gym which I used a few times. The location was perfect especially if you are a fan of the local nightlife. There are several massage shops directly opposite the main driveway of the hotel. The hotel is very popular and unfortunately was fully booked when I tried to extend my stay. The cost per night was a bargain when booked through trip.com. I recommend this hotel to other visitors.

这房间老得不像样。在这个价位真是性价比奇低。这个价位，我还是第一次见到酒店不配牙刷的，牙刷牙膏刮胡刀都要收费，真把国人当肥羊宰。吃早餐的时候，吃出一根超长头发，服务员过来啥也不説，直接把盘子收走，一句抱歉都没有。

This was my second time here. Sadly the rooms with double beds were sold out. While the single beds were fine, I very much recommend paying the extra for a large bed.
It’s a very nice hotel with a quiet uncrowded pool area and sauna. The staff kind and helpful.

A top class hotel for reasonable money. Been many times. The only thing lacking is the ability to book or extend your stay with the Hotel directly at a competitive rate. It's always cheaper on the Web. View from room in photo.

这次感受真的很差，床单上有血迹没有洗乾净就铺上来了，被子是烂的，凳子都磨成这样不换坐着屁股痛，9点给打扫人説可以打扫了12点多回来还没有，1点打扫前给了50泰铢小费结果回来看垃圾都还在垃圾桶里没扔，廉价水瓶盖打开都是有倒刺环。以后不住这家了。

连个TM30都不会做。第一遍没有按照正规格式做。第二天到了移民局，人家説不行，要求更新后重做。给他们酒店打了四次电话，最后邮件发过来个电脑截图，更不对了。害得我多花了几百块钱人民币找中介做的。

Easy to check in and no deposit required. I extended my stay another night and only had to update the card for entry of the room. Ni problem in keeping the same room. The room is clean , has comfortable beds, and has a good shower. I am very satisfied with the hotel and would happily book to stay here again.

An older hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit. Excellent lobby , restaurant and public areas including gym and swimming pool. Very cleans and friendly staff. Close to bars , metro, sky train and Terminal 21. Great value for money!
