疫情后再次入这间酒店， 酒店卫程度生良好， 职员服务态度良好， 地点非常方便去购物， 不用搭车可以行去白金时尚购物中心和水门市场， 今次选入住择行政楼层， 提供每日high tea 、饮品 (包括酒精饮料)， 傍晚还提供热食， 每日menu不同。 庆祝生日， 酒店提供朱古力蛋糕。

酒店附近有大商场及夜市，购物及餐厅的选择很多。职员很有礼貌，?会主动关心你是否需要帮助。 房间的景观开扬，各样设施都新净?整洁。?

Stayed in club room. Really enjoyed the club siraa facilities, fnb , n esp the signature cocktails at 530pm. Was allowed early check in n late check out, mook was really excellent in her customer service n care. Arrived at 1030am n whilst waiting for the room to be cleaned, one of the kind ladies (fai i think) got me coffee n some pastries... tried amaya for bfast on one of the days , n the depth n quality of food was also amazing. The FnB team have done so well. I also loved the panpuri toiletries..all in grt stay n will be back again :)

Travelling with 2 kids, we truly enjoyed every single minute of our stay here. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, which made everything easier for us as a family. The hotel is super clean, spacious enough for the four of us, and conveniently located just opposite Platinum Mall. Big plus point—it even has a bidet!
The only small area for improvement would be to provide bottled mineral water instead of just drinking water, as the water quality felt a little doubtful ??
Other than that, it’s highly recommended and absolutely worth every penny!

Location is great. Hotel feels new and cheerful. Stayed at the top most floor on Level 30 - Lifts are designated and efficient. King size bed is superb. Overall clean but some tiny insect appeared in my friend's room next door. Good variety of food for breakfast. Very friendly and courteous staff who are responsive. The Spa was excellent and relaxing.
Only setback is that housekeeping was late and not done even at 3pm on one of the day that we were back to the hotel earlier.
