第一次给开的房间里面有一个暗门，跟前台沟通后因为没有我定的这个房型了，所以给免费升级了套房（当时只拍了套房的照片，但尊贵一室也很宽敞明亮，唯一不好的就是有一个打不开的暗门，在异国他乡很没有安全感）。
卫生：客房服务比较标准，最后一天洗手间的天花板漏水了，但是当时行程匆忙就没有罗嗦。
服务：前台比较有礼貌，服务体贴，会一点点点中文，但基本还是英文?app沟通，没有遇到种族歧视的情况。
设施：算正常的，唯一不好的一点就是，外卖送不到楼上，可能给小费会给送吧？哈哈

Love the property - spacious, good location especially if you prefer a quieter place but still offer good access to food and public transport, well maintained and very clean.

I booked 5 nights but stay only 1 night and changed to another Hotel.
Everything is good for the Hotel, except it's very noisy at night and we cannot sleep.
Noisy coming from the street, car, motorcycle, etc.
So, we just stay only 1 night and then checked out cause' we cannot sleep at night.
Everything of the Hotel is up to standard and excellent services of the Hotel staff.

我们一家四口在 **Ascott Sathorn Bangkok** 度过了舒适的三天，整体体验非常满意！以下是详细分享：
**1. 地理位置优越**
酒店位于沙吞区，步行5分钟到 **BTS Chong Nonsi 站**，搭捷运去暹罗商圈、河滨夜市都很方便。周边有7-11和全家，买零食饮料超方便！
**2. 家庭友善的房间**
入住的是 **两卧室套房**，空间宽敞且隔音好，小孩跑跳也不怕打扰邻居。厨房设备齐全（微波炉、洗衣机、炊具都有），像在家一样自在。
**3. 员工服务贴心**
前台英文流利，帮忙预订了 **GRAB 叫车** 和亲子景点门票（如暹罗海洋世界），省去很多麻烦！
**4. 设施实用**
- **7楼泳池**：虽然不大，但人少干净，孩子每天都要去玩水。
- **健身房**：器材齐全，早起运动很舒畅。
**5. 周边美食推荐**
- 酒店早餐丰富（泰式汤面、西式松饼都有）。
- 步行可达米其林推荐餐厅 Supanniga Eating Room, Sathorn 10。
- 附近 **Silom Road 夜市**（晚上开）有很多平价小吃。
**小建议**
酒店门口傍晚容易塞车，建议避开 **17:00-19:00** 叫计程车。

适合家庭长住，设施服务都在水准之上，下次来曼谷会再入住！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ascott Sathorn Bangkok with my family, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The modern decor, large windows offering stunning views of the city skyline, and the fully equipped kitchen made it feel like a luxury apartment. The location was fantastic—right in the heart of the business district, yet close enough to key attractions and easily accessible by public transport. The BTS station is just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore all that Bangkok has to offer. Will definitely book this hotel again if I am back with a big group.

This is our third time here! We love the location - so close to St Louis BTS - convenient at rush hour and when a Grab is less practical. The hotel and rooms are very well maintained and all the staff were lovely as always. Please note that there is live music after 8pm every night at The M Pub next door. Em Space at the Empire is a short walk away. There’s a small Tops supermarket and several dining options there.

I love this hotel with its’ comfortable rooms. It’s a great location with a short walk or motorbike taxi away from various hotspots in the Silom and Sathorn areas. Nice rooms with sofas. Enjoyed the free drink of Singha on the second day. Would definitely stay again!

在市区，位置十分好，交通便利，房间好大，有厨房，客厅，餐具供应，酒店设备虽旧，但十分齐全，特别是健身室，十分大，十分多设备，非常好，唯一酒店提供的早餐，可以不试，太普通了
