The hotel is connected to Emporium departures store and BTS ..very convenient and helpful especially during high level of pm2.5.?
Excellent service and hospitality. There were problems during my stay but they tried their best to solve them. I really appreciate their sincere attentiveness and service.

服务很好，房间大，但设施巳旧，没优势，唯一地点好，近BTS站，离洒酒店近，不用行出街，直接经商场去前台，早餐很好

酒店地点方便，步行5分钟到BTS，大型商场在附近，乘BTS出行非常到其他地区也很容易??酒店内设施齐全，早餐好普通，好一般。胜在房间面积够大????

Great location as shopping and BTS is right next to it. Breakfast is ok. At the time of our stay one of the elevator is out of order and only two were in operation. So the wait for the lift can be quite long a day crowded especially at breakfast time.

Overall excellent hotel in a perfect location. The common areas are very upscale. The personnel were outstanding and very sharply dressed and very friendly and helpful. Only constructive comment is to update the rooms. There is no way to charge your phone at the bedside which was cumbersome. I didn’t like the way the lighting was set up to where it seemed to be all on or all off. The bathroom is outdated. Though I will say everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good though more selections would be advised. I would stay again because of the fantastic location.

酒店虽然比较老化，但地方整齐清洁，早餐款式不算多 选择，但都非常美味，员工有 礼貌，又有小食饮品赠送，会再次入住

Great location, accessible to nearest park, mall and transportation. Clean, cool, and cozy room. Room has kitchen and freezer. Complimentary drinks are awesome. Room service are excellent. Housekeeping on time. But shower heads is classic. More or less the best hotel in Bangkok.
