  饭店很棒！服物也很棒！入住时给了电梯旁边的房间，跟柜台大厅反应想换房间怕太吵，大厅马上帮我们换了一间新的房间给我们，入住后是我的生日，逛完街回饭店，饭店给了个小惊喜很贴心??

  正好在几个月内住过隔壁索菲特，这次看评分凯悦更高 就选了凯悦住四天。对比索菲特，感觉唯一的优点早餐品种更多些，餐厅面积更大。不过房间面积偏小，洗澡水偏小，房间用橱柜做了墙，简陋些，没地方放我一个小行李箱，只能放地上；床头柜研究了半天是实心的，没有抽屉，没地方放我的药盒等小东西。泡了泳池，面积还算大，不过上次由于腰扭了，没去索菲特的。索菲特可以用平板管理照明系统，不过凯悦床头开关反而简单方便。如果下次再来，我会选索菲特。

  酒店地点超级方便，BTS Nana站连酒店，附近很多嘢食，按摩店，街边小食，找换店，大堂对面有7仔，行几分就到terminal 21,我们一家四口入住四晚，一间大床房和一间双床房，入住时前堂送上welcome drink冰冻洛神花茶?,房间空间大，大床超大，厕所都大，每晚都瞓得好舒服，早餐超级丰富，而泳池都够大，太阳椅都算多，顶楼露天酒吧环境几靓，晚上饮吓倾吓偈几好又唔怕热，景色好，健身房设备够多，还有我提前email 酒店很快就回覆我提出的要求，前堂，餐厅，泳池所有staff 服务唔错，所以每次选择入住国际性五星级酒店就系有保证，我们今次入住都相当满意??

  环境很好，房间很大，位置也不错，服务特别好，早餐品种不是很多很多，但品质很好，餐厅环境也很好，很愉快的体验

  The location of the hotel is great! very convenient and next to BTS station. Just a walking distance to terminal 21 shopping mall as well.
