  Booked before with my family and was impressed so booked as a solo traveller for 3 days. Great little place and easy access to surrounding areas. 8 min walk to mall and plenty of cafe, restaurants, bars and massages on the way or close by. Staff are great, really helpful and always smiling. Hotel is very clean and great rooftop pool and bar area.

  Another wonderful stay at The Park Plaza. The staff are always so helpful and polite. The location is ideal for exploring that part of the city and easily walkable to the BTS.

  地理位置方便，附近有很多按摩店，邻近B TS，在内街，环境安静，但酒店设施比较旧，房间比较暗， 前台员工服务态度非常友善。

  Very nice room and big bathroom. Good breakfast, nice rooftop Pool.. Cupboard door cannot be closed, so always a light at night as the only minus point.

  1st time staying at this hotel. Frontline staff was courteous and the location was excellent. A pleasant 3N stay! Will stay again when ai am back in BKK!

  来曼谷很多次，第一次入住这个酒店。从机场过来，坐机场快线转地铁，在Sukhumvit下车，步行几分钟就到了。房价并不低，但相对应的设施与环境略感失望。服务还是很好的，特别是前台的一位叫NOEI的女士，可以説普通话，非常热心的协调解决我提出的问题和诉求，非常感谢！早餐不是特别丰盛，但吃饱肯定没问题。感觉这周边酒店很多，如果还是这个房价，应该还有很多其他选择。

  Wonderful run hotel as show by the exceptional service and friendly employees. Everyone I encountered were all gems. The Assistant Manager Breeze, who is new, has exceptional hospitality skills. The room was wonderful and the bed comfortable. The only observation was the TV programs. I didn’t see a Netflix or a YouTube connection which would be nice to have as entertainment options. Room service was excellent. I will be returning!
