We stayed at 2 double bed room with lounge access for 3 nights on our bangkok trip this year. The hotel excels in service and room comfort. There are some system lagging where i booked with breakfast but their system shown rooms only, hotel immediately give us complimentary breakfast at their main restaurant.
Unfortunately, our experience ended on a difficult note. On our last night, both of us fell ill and suffered from vomiting. We suspect the water may not have agreed with us, or perhaps there was an issue with something consumed. It was a disappointing way to end an otherwise pleasant trip while we enjoyed the executive benefits and the staff's kindness from the lounge.

环境：酒店环境不错，临近四面佛及周围商圈，步行300就可以到达。100米的位置有个711人一直挺多的，还有个屈臣氏货也比较全。
服务：半夜到的酒店，明明订单上写了升级到高楼层，前台偏说不是。拿出中英文的确认单他们才承认。订了两间房等了十几分锺才给安排到一个楼层。

Because I only checked in in the early hours of the next day, the front desk staff proactively asked if I would like a late check-out. After I left a wish on a note, the housekeeping staff folded several towel animals.

We stayed this hotel for 4 nights. And my toilet could not be flushed in the 3rd night. We called to front desk and they replied promptly and settled the problem fast. Appreciated to their efforts as I do not want to move another room. Highly recommend to have swimming around 5pm. The sunset was beautiful and not crowd at all. Convenient location and easy to call grab.

位置比较好，出行都很方便，快捷酒店设计也不错，可以用中文服务，不懂说泰语也可以的，早餐主要西式为主，是一个零点早餐＞，不是自助，然后房间的隔音有问题，有一点能听到外面城际铁路的声音
