An okay hotel but the staff seemed inexperienced in welcoming foreign guests. 2 people at the reception made me wait half an hour not being able to find my booking, but it turned out it was there all along. It was a bit frustrating after a long, tiring day

Air-conditioning not working, staff says it's only for hot air and not for cooling ??. The thing is no air flow was coming out when we requested for help with turning it on.

Checking it was smooth. It is a nice set up hotel with very frenly staffs. Breakfast is adequate for a relaxing stay.

Clean facility, helpful staff. The breakfast was decent, but not a huge amount of choices. Though considering the size of the hotel, a huge breakfast isn’t to be expected.
