A beautiful private hot spring!
The butlers are very attentive in their service and prepared several gifts/freebies for the weekend.
The food was a bit overpriced for the portions but it was delicious!
I can see why this hotel is ranked so high, it’s well deserved! A wonderful stay and highly recommended.

体验感有点出乎意料的好，各方面都很好。环境、服务、衞生、旅拍、不过多打扰、需要洁面巾时，分分钟送到房间……室内外的泡池都很好，推荐室外池。尤其冬季，很爽。很适合静静的休息。还有一份采摘也值得体验，蔬菜非常新鲜。

酒店性价比很高，能享到旅拍服务。酒店装修古色古香，免费提供旗袍和汉服，尺码很全。摄影师孟孟很懂怎么拍，不用自己费心找角度，拍出来的效果很满意。酒店位置也方便，走路几分钟能到网红打卡地，拍完回来休息很舒服。服务人员态度不错，有需求都能满足，推荐给喜欢拍照的人。

非常棒的一次入住体验。
订了普罗旺斯，别墅空间很大，带k歌房和室内室外两个温泉池，大人泡室外，小朋友泡室内，不会担心着凉。
房间很暖和，美中不足是稍微有点乾燥。
管家服务很贴心，回覆及时，有求必应。
下次跨年还来～

跟妈妈愉快的渡过了一个晚上，全程没有提过行李箱，都是员工帮忙，前台态度亲切友善，管家更是24小时的贴心服务，早餐的员工姐姐服务态度一样非常棒！放轻松的好去处 性价比极高

愉快的入住体验，留下了美好的回忆
酒店服务超级赞，前台，工作人员都十分热情有礼，让人倍感亲切
私汤温泉很棒，小院私密性极好，温泉池非常乾净，露天泡温泉非常惬意
酒店环境优美，早餐丰富可口。酒店有宽阔的草坪，球场，咖啡馆西餐厅等设施，活动丰富！

Absolutely beautiful place to stay and we will be back again! Gorgeous room with indoor and outdoor priacte hot springs in your room. Very helpful staff who were kind and attentive. Breakfast was bot great unfortunately with limited western options but the room more than makes up for that. Highly recommend this place to stay.

What I liked:
We had an amazing rock pool outdoor.
There is an indoor pool but It does not looks as good. Because it was warm we only used the outdoor
The breakfast the morning is delicious with lots of options.
What I didn’t like that much:
Some fourniture in the room looked a bit old like the armchair
A bit expensive value for money
