对酒店和房间都非常满意！服务很好很贴心，态度超棒，热情好客的感觉；房间设施很有细节，特别是??洗脸巾，真的不多见，而且质感都很好，比如纸巾够厚，拖鞋够厚，洗浴三件套不像有些酒店提供了但等于没有的那种，是真的好用的有品牌的，还有身体乳；花洒水也很大很均匀，不会乱喷，水温很好调节；智能马桶很好用；台盆蛮低小朋友也轻松用；灯光模式明暗可选，插座很多很方便；枕头是我住过酒店里最舒服的；电视可以投屏；还有零食和冰箱饮料都免费，小朋友简直开心死了。一点小建议是淋浴间可以装个架子放衣服和浴巾，堪称完美。

很喜欢很喜欢，从北京到湖北，漂了两个星期，住过的最喜欢的一家酒店！前台很友善，玩了个小游戏还送了把小扇子，酒店里有小冰箱，免费提供饮用水，健力宝和AD钙奶，桌上还有免费小零食，是虾条和小米锅巴，牀头柜下层有体重计，提供洗衣液和漱口水，并且有协助洗衣卡，深夜食堂免费提供夜宵送上门，有馄饨，玉米鸡蛋和白粥，看完演唱会回来正好补充能量！晚上投屏看龙珠不要太爽！唯一觉得有点不足的是衞生间有点狭窄了，洗浴那个花洒对南方的我来説有点高了，还砸了下头????

I booked this hotel for my parents. They were satisfied with all facilities that the hotel provided. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Everything is superb.

It was an amazing experience. The hotel is very neat and cozy. You feel that the hotel cares of its costumers. The other great part of this hotel is the reception. No bad experience, only respectful and very attentive people work there. I wish all the receptionists were as great as here. Registration process was very easy. As a foreigner, I pretty often face some difficulties during checking in. But here it was smooth and fast. This is hotel definitely became one of my favorite. Thank you for the great hospitality.
