I cannot recommend staying here. It was my worst hotel experience. The "queen bed" was simply two single beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. Furthermore, there was no physical voucher provided at check-in, despite my confirmation. A thoroughly disappointing stay. 酒店大厅有地下的艺术馆，有写字楼，非常吵！上楼有梯控，这个很好！服务人员很好，其他很一般都赶不上连锁的汉庭！

既是一家高品质酒店，也是一家俱有特色的美术馆。入住后一定要留出时间逛一逛，一楼的特色雕塑展、油画展、自然石板画，还有顶楼露台，下雪后的景色更美。

公共区域及房间乾净，公共区域装修高端上档次，艺术氛围浓厚，餐厅背景音乐舒服，用具，牙具很好，拖鞋第二天换了毛绒的，品质提升，标间床不够大，但够睡，床品还不错，床垫软硬合适，这次很遗憾没有参观硬石博物馆，建议开放时间改为晚上

服务很好，酒店配套设施非常齐全，餐厅很漂亮，单独买的早餐，在门店买是50元一位，餐厅的环境品类都很值得，整体环境很欧式，早餐新鲜，有现做的明档。
前台热情，客房乾净，配套丰富，西餐厅、博物馆、美术馆、花园应有尽有。

办理入住很快，有停车场，住店收费有优惠。还可以参观奥加美术馆，赠送了硬石餐厅自酿啤酒一杯，房间不是很大，但设计合理，很舒适，没有异味，澡水温度压力都刚好。床略软感觉有点塌陷，枕头舒服。整体氛围感拉满，楼道和房间内都挂有油画，大厅雕塑适合打卡拍照，电梯刷卡上行，安静平稳，质量超过太多酒店，赞。

优点:位置不错，因为没坐地铁远近不晓得。房间大，设施可以，床单乾净床垫舒服，艺术氛围浓，外卖是机器人送餐。
缺点:房间中央空调，但是很冷，我是北方人，屋里暖和习惯了，这个房间冷，酒店大堂和走廊公共区域都冷，加上都是大理石装修显得更冷，睡觉把矿泉水瓶装上温水放在被子里暖脚。

一个艺术主题的酒店，以油画为主，入住之余，有闲空时间，逛逛，还是很不错的选择！整个酒店交通也很方便！

Beautiful hotel. It was al long distance to shopping, and restaurants. The gym is less desirable but the make up for that in art. There is also a rooftop with area that isincyded and a large outdoor space. My brother said he would definitely stay again and wants to return in the Spring when the garden is blooming. He enjoyed to atmosphere and onsite restaurant.
