  This was advertised as a hotel that had English speaking staff but I didn’t experience this at the desk. My room also smelt of cigarettes on arrival. However I did receive a small 10% refund of one nights cost when complaining about this to Trip. The location was great, really easy to get to via Metro from the airport.

  The hotel room was very small and the carpet was very rough, making ppl have a very bad mood when touching the carpet. One thing very good about this hotel is their customer service at Lobby, all receptionist are very helpful especially 陈楠！ Highly appreciate their excellent service and make me feel something memorable about this hotel.

  Booked there as it's just outside the subway station and two stops away from Beijing North station where I have a 7am train to catch. The room is very small, even I have booked the bigger room. Just a standard 3 stars and CNY515 a night, i think it's a bit expensive.

  酒店交通很便利，整个酒店环境给人也是十分舒适宜人，前台的工作人员服务态度很好，在入住之前询问酒店附近的打印店也是热心帮找了。

  太好啦！地理位置优越，距离国图特别近，地铁站就在楼下。设施很新，床很舒服，智能家居，灯光都是一键调整的
