酒店中西结合的装修风格，一进大堂办理入住可知，和大多数连号酒店一样设定了会员的专属通道，加入会员可得积分，同样的还有也是没有礼宾服务，马经理办完入住帮我一起拿行李送回房间，酒店位于空港工业区附近，走路有些距离，打车很方便就在路边，周边吃的选择性很多走路5分钟之内都可到达

We had a flight to depart at 3:00am, so we booked a room for the purpose to have a three-hour sleep before going to the terminal at 12:00am. We pre-authorized the room charge on a Visa card. However just one hour into our sleep at about 10:00pm, we were waken up by a phone call from the front desk confirming that our room charge not paid and demanding to be paid immediately. This interruption compromised our purpose of booking the room. At the time of checking in, we told the front desk about our plan that we needed to sleep for three hours. They really should either cleared up the charge issue if any at the time of check in or wait for the time we check out. This incidence reflected the bad customer service of the hotel front desk. I pointed it out this to the front desk personnel and expressed my displeasure but got no apology at all.

Good location, taxi ride from the airport was 6-7$. Clean big room. Only disadvantage is the proximity to the airport, if you are a heavy sleeper no problem, if not you will have a hard time sleeping. But they gave earplugs so they are considerate.
All an all I would stay again.

I booked this hotel when I arrived at the airport during my layover so no time to get ready but the hotels have their pick up services so it was easy but it took me sometime to understand it after calling the receptionist. The room was huge huge. The breakfast was good. My plate was full. I hopped on their shuttle to go to the airport.

Great hotel!??
I was traveling alone and really wanted to have some down time in the hotel. Pictures looked meh; I really did not want to be having a down time in a shitty place especially when I was alone. Atmosphere in real life was much better than photos from trip.com. Corridor was slightly dim but I liked it that way, more relaxing, less stimulating.
Friendly staff; helped me in some of the trip planning.
Great amenities; washer, dryer, iron
Great room; spacious, clean
Shuttle transport; free pick up from airport and free drop off to airport
What could improve
As foreigners do no have local line, it was quite difficult to contact them. Would be great to leave their email or WeChat ID for us to contact them to liaise about the shuttle pick up
