从内蒙出差返回北京，刚在其他酒店住了一晚，还是决定搬到桔子酒店亮马河店。酒店交通方便，距10号线亮马桥A口1公里。周末在酒店门口的亮马河水岸旁边跑跑步，无限惬意。
大堂很敞亮，有等待区和阅读区，令人放松，不会感觉压抑憋屈。室内外寝具整洁，冲凉水很大，在北京商务酒店中比较难得，点赞。 一楼有自助洗衣烘干机和有健身房，方便。 早餐质量也挺好。
前台服务的美女礼貌又专业，还帮我升级了景观房。
对于商务出差人士，确实超高性价比。

整体体验超棒！房间宽敞明亮，布置得温馨雅致，床品柔软舒适，让我一夜好眠。酒店服务人员态度亲切热情，从办理入住到退房，每一个环节都处理得高效周到。早餐丰富多样，食材新鲜美味。位置也十分优越，周边交通便利，靠近许多热门景点。强烈推荐给大家！

酒店就在亮马河旁，出了酒店就可以沿河散步欣赏亮马河风景，晚上也很漂亮。距离地铁站和使馆区相对较近，骑车不到5分钟的路程，还算方便。
酒店点外卖可以让小机器人送上楼。
房间内设施中规中矩，稍显陈旧，淋浴间灯光太暗了，关上门洗我感觉我都有幽闭恐惧症了。高一点的楼层，水压会略有不稳，还可以接受。

Have stayed for a total of 5 nights across 2 bookings. The experience didn't start off well - the check-in took more than 30 mins although we were the only ones there. The front desk rep persistently asked us to cancel the booking on trip.com as they could offer us a better rate with free breakfast. We turned down the kind offer as we had plans to have breakfast outside, did not want to deal with the hassle of a credit card refund and the price difference wasn't that much anyway. This went on for more than 15 mins despite us telling him definitely that we just want to check in and rest after a long day.
Room - cleanliness can be better. The room had a really musky smell. Gaps of the sofa were SO dirty with hair, dead skin and all kinds of stuff. Floor of shower area was grimy.
Might be a personal preference issue but the electrical circuit of the Family room was really odd. While the family room had 2 bedrooms + 1 living room, there were only two light switches in total. The lights for one of the rooms (twin bed room) are connected to the living room. Only the queen bed room has a standalone switch. Please only book the family room if everyone is going to sleep and wake up at the same time else it's going to be torturous. We had checked with the front desk - it's apparently like this for all the family rooms except one which does not have a living room.
Network connectivity - free wifi is provided. If you're a non-local trying to use vpn or sim that can connect to networks that can allow you to access social media platforms, good luck :) according to the front desk, "too bad" as connectivity to some network providers at the hotel (e.g. china unicom) is just bad.
House-keeping & Amenities - daily housekeeping was done (mainly throwing of trash and making of bed). Amenities (e.g. shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc.) are provided. There's also free self-service laundry & drying available.
Location - generally ok if you're intending to take taxi / didi everywhere. Metro is a distance (＞15 mins walk) away and the station is on Line 10. You would need to change at least once to arrive at popular tourist attractions. Not much good food around. There's a 7-11 about 7 mins walk away.
Front desk service (2 males) - on top of the bad experience during check-in, most requests (other than one) were not attended to too. For example, requesting for one extra floor towel as the toilet is always wet (it never came) and requesting for help to book a taxi (the guest officer disappeared after agreeing to help and asked us to wait).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room was big, clean and well-maintained. I would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

房间超级棒，真的完全超出预期！
房间对着河，风景不错。设施都很好，洗浴用品是我喜欢的橙子味，还有护发素。 尤其是窗帘是自动的，很遮光线。 最最意外的是早餐很好吃！种类很多，蜜瓜很甜。以后都会定桔子啦！

Good location and friendly staff. They have good aminities like gym and washer drier.
But our rooms weren’t in the main building, it was small building without wifi even phone network wasn’t working in their room. Such a big problem

Just headed over from Wangfujing which was very centralised with lots of food options and places to visit nearby so this location was definitely not as accessible/convenient. Would still recommend staying around the Wangfujing area if you’re looking at travelling via the subway and want to experience the night shopping life.
However, when it came to cleanliness and hotel amenities, I would say that Orange Hotel has it all! They have optional breakfast provided, a small gym, complimentary coffee/tea/juice at the lobby and even a laundry room - very useful for those on a long trip. Price-wise, definitely worth your buck for the well-renovated and luxurious-looking room. Service was exceptional and Shen Nan at the reception, who assisted us during check-in and out, was very friendly and even gave us some gifts upon check-out. Enjoyed our stay here!

非常差的一次入住体验，携程用了快20年，第一次给差评。
-房间非常潮湿不在前台一栋楼，是对面的平房里，提前打电话让留房没有留，告知被安排在一楼。没有说是单独的对面平房。
-2个房间，一个房间有窗子，推开窗是零距离的平房住户家。脏乱差。从始至终没来过窗。另一个房间是假的内窗。完全不通风。
-房间人不在就自动断电，无法通电，没取电卡，回到房间潮热到快闷死。
-床品不卫生或房间断电过于潮湿，孩子满身疹子。我们2晚，到达晚上8点多，直接睡了没出去。第二天孩子约了使馆的事情，下午2点半才出门。2个小时后回到酒店直到退房没再出过酒店。床品第一天住就觉得全身痒，直到我们离开，阿姨身上抵抗力强会出偶尔的几个抓破的点子。女儿身上全是疹子。问酒店经理让我们去医院做鉴定，没问题。我们会接下来做鉴定，追究责任。阿姨个女儿睡一个房间，就是没有空调得这个房间，就是视频里这个没有空调的房间。我和大儿子住一个房间，我们俩身上会好一些，但是会痒没有起点子。我们房间有空调，但是是在头顶直吹脸的，我们会不睡觉时打开，睡觉关闭，借用客厅的空调。
-图2，3是女儿第一天被咬的蚊子包，因为房间床拼一起，没有其他任何插孔，我把蚊香液插到了客厅，如同没有，全身是包。
-所有房间信号只有一个格，我们这3天只能靠Wi-Fi微信联系。还好现在大部分工作微信邮件可以解决。问了酒店服务人员，他说不可能，要了我的手机号，当场打，没打通…
-前台服务非常差。第一天入住，小女儿已经睡了，阿姨抱着睡，前台看得到，我拿出所有人证件希望先给房卡让孩子去睡，我慢慢录证件，且出示了所有证件。前台并不同意，一定要录入所有文件后才给房卡，喊来了经理，并未作处理，直到我与前台发生冲突，才给了房卡让孩子先去睡。投诉到总部后，第二天来了两个经理，主动提出要退300房费，道歉。态度诚恳。不希望给差评。我觉得这事就过去了。但是退房后，上了高铁，孩子身上疹子越来越大。找了过来致歉的经理询问床品，回覆见图9-12。
1.暴雨潮湿跟酒店无关，房间自动断电无法持续除湿不回应。房间空调设定一个在头顶直吹，一个干脆没有。家用空调代替，基本没用。内窗不提。
2.酒店没问题，去医院鉴定，鉴定出来是我床品问题，咱们再说。假客气里全部都是你爱怎么地怎么地。
-人员短缺服务跟不上，提前打了电话让准备孩子物品，双床拼一起，怕孩子掉地上，加矿泉水，孩子需要冲奶，一切都没有准备。全部到了自己搞定，又艰难的用手机在户外打了电话剪了客房服务。
-床品差拿海绵枕赢来凑。房间里的枕头是无法回弹海绵的，本来就潮湿，又没空调，只能靠客厅空调吹进来降温，房间里的家用空调打开后直吹孩子，阿姨2晚基本没睡。我们外卖赠送了个扇子，一直用这个扇子给孩子扇风，她自己也热到无法睡。最后跑到客厅凉快一会再回房间。
-消防问题堪忧！我很理解酒店行业的竞争性强，不希望获得差评。但是酒店如果没有房间，可以不给安排，告知客人，没有家庭房了。硬生生的装修出来几个楼外的房间是为什么？过道狭小，不知道消防验收是怎么通过的？？？？见图13。
为数不多的住华住会的酒店，没想到这么让人如此难受。300房费我退回给你。真实入住体验。我孩子全身这个样子，作为妈妈我忍不了。

卫生：不好，浴巾是破洞的。蚊子多。孩子全身包。
环境：极差，平房里，对面就是其他住户零距离接触
服务：前台非常不专业，刻板，孩子睡了一定要等着所有办理完才给房卡入住。

My first Orange Hotel stay and it's exceeded my expectations. Being a local chain known for its budget style, I was imagining Ibis type but it turned out much better. The hotel looks old from the outside but this being a newly opened one, everything inside looked clean and modern. Smart lifts where my room level is automatically detected once the card is scanned. I got a smart room that's controlled by Xiao Du小度 (their equivalent of Siri / Alexa). I had fun commanding Xiao Du to adjust the aircon temperature and switching on/off the TV, lights and even the curtains. They also have a food delivery robot and provide free self service laundry facilities. There's a small gym here which I didn't use. The room is a little small for 2 pax but more than comfortable for 1. The standing shower and toilet is separated and both of good size. The bed is firm and pillows comfy. Bottled water, mini fridge, tea bags are provided. Basic shower amenities are also provided, along with a pack of disposable toothbrush and comb at check in. I like the open wardrobe concept and they provide many hangers here including the clip ones. It's a rather basic hotel in general but certainly value for money. There are also quite some eateries along the street just a few mins walk from the hotel. I wouldn't mind staying here again the next time I visit.
