酒店位置处于T2/T3之间，方便去机场中转休息。酒店管理规范，前台服务意识佳，能主动为客人着想帮助预订送机班车并帮助升级客房。这方面尤其要特别表扬前台工作的小幸，作为酒店前台工作人员，她工作很主动，服务意识很强，服务理念到位，在此点赞！另，酒店早餐也还可以，酒店旁边也有餐厅。房间卫生很好，设施到位，每次出行基本都预订该酒店作为中转。唯一有一点的是: 酒店的IPTV电视信号不太稳定，建议跟当地网络运营商提出改善为盼。推荐入住！

A great hotel with new rooms. Bargain price including breakfast. There is a great original Chinese cafe nearby, where you can try fried noodles and other local dishes. It is located very close to terminal 2. The only problem is that the taxi driver did not turn on the meter and tried to charge 100 yuan. The trick didn't work out for him.

A clean and a well priced hotel for transit stays, no convenience stores nearby so buy what you need at the airport, unfortunately the staff doesn't speak English...

前台的服务非常棒，很有耐心。房间、厕所干净整洁。隔音也非常不错，晚上睡眠质量很好。我想这里唯一的遗憾就是外出吃饭的选择没有特别多（因为离机场太近），但是可以点外卖。

在首都机场转机，没有回家，临时定了这个机场附近的酒店，第二天早上起来方便去T3客运大楼，酒店提供接送机服务，非常的方便。酒店前台把我的预订升级到套房，房间很大，有一个小的独立客厅，房间内也很干净卫生，很简洁的装修，前台服务也很及时，下次转机还打算订这个酒店。

凌晨一点飞机落地，然后就联系了酒店前台，前台服务员耐心的告诉了我接机师傅的手机号 打完电话很快师傅就把我接到了酒店，走到了前台，服务员小赵非常热情的接待，让来到一个陌生城市的我感到很温馨，本来坐了好几个小时的飞机就非常的累，然后小赵迅速的给办理了入住，还细心的给登记了第二天的送机服务。还告诉了我早餐时间 点，每个细节做的都非常到位。回到房间，卫生打扫的也很干净 ，让人心情很舒畅。第二天由于下来的晚了餐厅开始收餐了，就简单的吃了一点。总体来说是一次很满意的入住体验，下次再来北京还会再住康福瑞。

The hotel name was different to our booking. When we arrived at 1am the reception desk was not helpful at all and did not understand we had a booking there. They then accidentally kept my cell phone, but instead of bringing this to my room, they said nothing and at 1.30am I realised they still had it and had to go and get it. We went to breakfast at 9.30am and it was almost fully packed up, we were left with water melon and eggs and warm water. There was bread but toaster did not work and no one seemed interested in solving the issue. I would not stay here again. The condition of the hotel is pretty average and the service is less
