非常满意，出入园方便，省去了公共停车场到园区的垮走模式，下楼直接入园，早餐也很好，可以和小黄人互动拍照，服务态度热情，晚上饿了点外卖也很方便，唯一需要吐槽一下的就是酒店的厕纸有点low，其他方面都很好，下次还会选择入住

酒店非常干净 房间里面没拍照 但和酒店介绍一样 用品舒适 配有记忆枕 第一天很晚办理入住 谢谢小林细心的安排 还给赠送了一份早餐 服务态度非常好 离环球很近 还有班车接送 开心的旅程

总体评价是非常好的，每天早上8：10、9：10酒店都会有大巴车送大家去迪士尼，晚上22：40再接大家回来。??但是，请大家自己去做攻略，不要盲目相信车上旅行公司工作人员胡说八道，在旅行社工作人员嘴里环球每天都爆园，每天都4w+人，尤其那个所谓一位200元管家服务，no。
房间配备了三瓶矿泉水、苏打、可乐、雪碧。
酒店大堂有茶水、酸梅汤。
唯一的缺点，不要住一楼最靠外的房间，凌晨四点大堂音乐响起来，人就会被吵醒。
环境：酒店对面就是一个小超市，购物很方便；出了酒店院子，有家兰州牛肉面，炒菜、面都有。
卫生：酒店很干净。
设施：新酒店，设施很新，装修温馨。全屋智能。电动马桶。 洗澡水流量大。床品舒服，枕头有一个应该是硅胶枕。

设施：很新，是智能化的。早上早饭也好吃。
卫生：每天打扫的很干净，阿姨还会帮忙叠衣服
环境：环球影城附近，每天有班车接送，非常方便
服务：到位，主动问好，让顾客心里暖暖的。退房后前厅小李还送了环影特色的赫敏小手办，非常可爱！让喜欢哈利波特的我超级开心??而且车来了还会主动帮忙搬行李，总之，非常好

It was a nice stay, very close to Universal Studios. The service was nice, it was clean. It is a little bit remote, but perfect to stay over before going to Universal Studios.

Great hotel, excellent location for food and to visit universal beijing, rooms big, breakfast decent, cant complain. Beds were comfy, great showers. One thing that stands out the most is the service. Outstanding service from the staff, xiao wang was in my opinion the best. His attention to detail, his 24hrs service, alwys wanted to make sure we are all ok, if we are lacking of anything, i could private massage him and he would reply instantly, amazing, i have no words, Xiao wang thank u. U made my family and my trip to universal left like home. I would come back and stay here again. All the best Mercure. Keep it up. 5stars for xiao wang
