这个好评必须给10.30夜晚值班的前台小姐姐们，首先我们的房间在二楼布草间隔壁，稍微有点声音，向前台反应之后立马给我们换了三楼的房间，服务和态度真的太太太好了！！説到酒店房间也是，非常宽敞，而且衞生打扫得非常好，以及早饭的馄饨是我吃过的酒店里最好吃的一家！等咖啡时咖啡机满了，也是反映给另一位穿黑西装的女工作人员，立马就帮我们解决了！！服务人员的态度真的没得説，以后有商务出差或者旅游都会考虑这家酒店！！

Nice hotel. We stayed here only for one night. Services are good. Breakfast is decent but mostly Chinese food.
Location is a bit tricky since the hotel is located inside a gated residential community.

十月假期来这玩儿，特意定的离颐和园近的酒店，总体感受非常好，前台的工作人员态度特别好，还贴心的送小礼物，大堂有售卖机，里面的零食饮料日期都很新，酒店不好找但胜在周围环境优越，房间很安静，床品崭新，洗漱乾湿分离方便，早餐健康，满分体验^_^

The hotel was nice, clean, and seemed quite new. However, the front entrance wasn't in use, making it a bit tricky to find the hotel upon our arrival.

excellent stay. the service and cleaning staff personnel are all amazingly kind and helpful people. i truly appreciated their assistance. the breakfast is good enough; ofc not a upscale buffet but good enough. the room was clean. special appreciation again to cleaning staff who helped me locate an expensive gift that was mistakenly taken to rubbish. they are a saint, and should be award for their dedication. thank you ????!

酒店服务态度很好，高考入住期间给家长和孩子提供了热情的服务，管家式服务小关服务态度非常好??楼下有健身房，和游泳的地方，感觉很方便！

房间还不错，给升级了大床房，不过中间有个承重柱。瑶瑶服务很贴心。酒店不太好找，就在九三学社社中央旁边，闹中取静，健身房和游泳池这次没体验到，下次来再试试。

设施：设施很新，房间设计、品控也不错，空调声音小，在酒店品质整体不太行的首都，锦江品质还是总体可以的； ??
地点：在九三学社旁边一个小门进去，貌似目前已经解决了和居民的纠纷的，还是相对好进入的。
早餐：早餐丰富，就是牛奶不好喝，是奶粉还是兑水了？
