Their service is definitely an absolute 5star!
First day of stay, we got two room upgrade for free, our 8 heavy luggage were carried, store and send to our room by their staff. 3 meal provided by their hotel. We did have some issue with our smart toilet and was solve instantly by them.
This place is a plus if you can speak some Chinese, as their whole hotel is Control by AI. Location is good too as it's not far from most of the attraction. Around 20-40min with Didi.
Definitely worth it for a budget hotel.

A really great hotel with amazing service!!
Firstly have to praise the counter staff, they really went above and beyond to help out with every single issue. There were a few staff outside the hotel sweeping snow when we arrived and they immediately came to help with our luggage when they saw us walking over. As we were a big group with a lot of luggage, they helped us with loading the luggage in the taxi when we left as well.
The rooms were very spacious with a separate shower area, toilet and basin. There are no hangers in the shower area though so can only hang the towel and clothes outside.
The room is very modern with a water dispenser, a mini washing machine and voice assistant to control the lights and curtains. There is no fridge in the room but as we went in winter we just left our drinks near the window and it got cold.
They have a laundry room which washing machine and dryer. At first we thought it was self-service but the staff actually helped to transfer the clothes after washing to the dryer and also fold it and pack nicely into a bag with our room number labelled. Super great service!
We tried their breakfast on one of the days and it had a great variety. There was even an area where they can cook noodles and wontons fresh.
The only cons I would say is the location as it’s not walkable from any metro station. They do provide shuttle bus but would need to follow their timetable. If we return late when there’s no more shuttle bus would need to take a bus from the metro station and walk quite a big or take a taxi. But would definitely stay again if we come back ????

Stayed for almost a week, really comfortable stay here. The service provided by the staff were great, really friendly and helpful. Gave us recommendation on nearby places to shop and eat.
Location: Not near public transport: metro but hotel do provide shuttle service that can be arranged either via front desk or WeChat them. However, only between 8am-8pm. But a good option to have, if not Didi around is good. Easy to get drivers. Also, its location is within 30-45mins drive from most major attractions in Beijing.
Service: The hotel provides free snack and supper, which is great if isn’t able to order food to the hotel. Really a lifesaver when returned late without food.
Room: Good size (can comfortable leave luggage ope and have space to move around) and comfortable for the stay. Amenities are replenished daily as needed, which was great!

I stayed here for 7 nights and had a great experience. The reception team was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room came with a mini washer and dryer, which made daily laundry so convenient.
The location is also very strategic within Beijing city, especially for such a reasonable price. Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection, but the soup noodles and wanton were delicious!
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would highly recommend!
