Loved this hotel very much! room is big enough for us 2 adults and a 14 year old kid. Room is carpeted which is nice in winter, room heater also works well. Located in the city centre, walking distance to wangfujing street and subway.

每次来北京几乎都住这个酒店。位置很好，价格也很好，离地铁站很近，去哪里都很方便。美中不足是设施有些旧，但好在房间很宽敞，整体体验不错。

Staff very friendly, helped with carrying baggage when we wanted to change rooms. There's two types of bathrooms, we wanted the one on west wing (slightly better) which they accompanied us with no problem. Would happiy to use them again. Location is great too ??

离协和东单院区很近，非常方便一早去做检查；礼宾人员很耐心负责，帮忙拿行李寄行李，提前邮寄两箱顺丰行李到酒店大堂

很棒，家庭房适合带娃，梳化床也大睡着舒服，入住时前台马上联系铺床服务，值班霍经理服务很热情。早餐选择很多。各方各麪都很满意，还是老牌酒店做的到位
