1. Bought lots of taobao parcels, the counter staff is very friendly and patient in helping me to find every single parcel, there was one parcel which the deliveryman did not manage to find, the hotel staff has helped to call and arrange for second delivery. The parcels are not kept in the lobby are where everyone is assesible like what other hotes do, this keeps your parcel safe.
2. Stayed here for 8 days for a business trip, was given a free upgrade with window
3. Breakfast is quite limited though but not expensive at all.
4. There are quite a number of breakfast stall within 1km of the hotel, can reach by walking or cycling

Stayed here for 1n as I decided to experience the Atour hotel hospitality. Rooms were reasonably spacious for 20sqm but I found the layout a little peculiar and the lighting of the room could be further improved (It seemed dim even when all the lights were switched on). Felt like the hotel was trying to mimick a 'cheaper' version of a 4 star hotel. Front office staff was courteous although they spoke no English which was fine since that could've been handled by Google translate. Okay for a night or two stay.

Comfortable stay close to the Olympic park. 15 min walk from the metro station (line 5) and next to some restaurants and the fanciest mall in the neighbourhood. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms look nice. The sound insolation could be better, so if you have a loud neighbour you will be able to hear them.
