前台服务员都彬彬有礼的，表扬小涵小商乐惠。房间非常乾净。酒店交通特别方便，地理位置也很好找到，双手递物很有礼貌。

必须点个赞，因为入住酒店前一位客人有抽烟的味道，反映问题立马帮忙换房间，全程很热情，也很认真，房间也很明亮，真的很舒服！

酒店服务很好景观也很好????入住5天都很好，虽然每天都早出晚归的，但回到酒店都能好好放松休息，回台湾会推荐贵酒店的，但有个小不足 就是洗澡的水压觉得偏小????

房间很乾净，床垫软硬适度，床品很舒服，房间智能系统好用，尤其智能马桶很灵敏。洗漱用品很一般。早餐热菜品种少了点，馄饨不好吃，有点干边，虾馅不新鲜，其他还好。酒店位置很好，能看到长安街的车水马龙，距离长安大剧院300米左右，看国粹方便。整体性价比不错，下次还会入住。

室内三脚茶几玻璃麪松动导致小朋友在茶几倾倒后脑袋被翻转的玻璃磕出个大包。
酒店更换房间后床角与书桌刚好呈现一个“夹缝”通道 床单外露经过时会被勾到脚还好没摔倒。最后一天床角的床单才包裹进原有位置。
酒店客房安全防范检查有欠缺，安全“事故”后的应对也没看出专业水平 电话里讲磕出包的地方需要冰敷 拿来的确是冰桶。

I stayed at the Beijing International Hotel during my business trip. My first impression upon entering the room was its spotless cleanliness — the bed sheets and quilt covers were free of any wrinkles or odors, and even dust-prone areas like the desk surface and window sills were wiped gleaming clean, making my stay extremely reassuring.
The front desk service was truly heartwarming. The staff offered to help carry my luggage when I checked in, and patiently shared information about nearby subway stations and local food recommendations. They spoke in such a friendly manner that it felt completely approachable, with no sense of formality.
I enjoyed the happy hour at the executive lounge. The desserts were incredibly exquisite — the cream of the small cakes was rich yet not greasy, the fruits were fresh and sweet, and when paired with freshly brewed coffee, it was incredibly comfortable to sit in the lounge for a while in the evening. What’s more, the young ladies at the executive floor were sweet-looking and had pleasant voices. I have already recommended this hotel to my colleagues, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip to Beijing!
