北京福建大厦绝对是一次超棒的入住经历！酒店整体氛围温馨舒适，装修风格很有格调。房间布置精致，床品柔软亲肤，衞生间乾湿分离乾净无异味。服务人员李爽态度热情周到，有任何需求都能及时响应，性价比超高，值得五星好评！

Better than I expected for the price. The bed and room were quite comfortable. The room was larger than I expected. The hotel breakfast was adequate. Not particularly good, and too much lukewarm, overcooked fried Chinese food, but not as bad as some other hotels. Slightly above average for a Chinese hotel breakfast. Staff had essentially no English language knowledge, which is a little disappointing for this class of hotel in Beijing, but they were happy to work with translators. I would stay here again.

房间里的空调简直无语??，只能打自然风而且热的要死，整完都睡不好，第二天要了个电风扇吵得要死，带着耳塞睡了一晚凑合，要不是一个人来旅行没有女朋友，肯定不会再住了??

离开酒店一个礼拜了，忘记第一时间点评了，前台接待李超然服务热情，接待及时，流程专业，刚下飞机??一入大堂就让人宾至如归，心情很愉悦。
客房部收拾房间乾净清爽，对我们个人物品摆放归纳的很好，住客需求都能第一时间服务到位，体贴入微，我们住了6晚也是非常开心的。
大门口保安小哥服务贴心，时刻帮我们开关门，让你在冬季暖心满满。
最后结束离店又是李超然接待的，我还説有始有终啊，领导应该给予表扬和奖励，因为她们的坚守岗位，才能让我们感受到温馨。

We booked this hotel for one night and chose it on purpose because it had a bathtub in the room. We had to have the room changed 3 times because the first one had no bathtub and the second had a broken one. Not to mention that we were supposed to get an upgrade as a Trip.com prize and the guy at the reception didn't seem to understand it (or care about it), even when I explained in Chinese.
The structure is pretty old and not very clean, with chipped floors, walls and tub. It's ok for a night, but not much more.

1) bathtub broken. 2) missing bathtub plug. 3) No complementary water 4} room cold. I had to contact trip.com customer service to sort the problems.
